Just wanted to pop in here to say that my boyfriend and I are staying at the Sheraton from 5/19-5/29. I converted him to on of us. He now proudly walks around in a Maul jacket. Still, we're arriving a little early so I can show him around town and USC - went there a few years.
Can't wait to see all the geeks storming around LA!
I think the Sheraton looks like a decent enough hotel and relatively close. I'm not complaining this time because at CIII we had a hotel 30 minutes away by car. So this is infinitely cooler.

Hi Everyone!
My friend and I will be staying at the Sheraton and we were wondering if anyone else staying at the Sheraton will be attending the FanClub Breakfast (Friday May 25th) at the Omni Hotel?
Would you or your group be interested in sharing a ride over to the Onmi Hotel with us that morning?
Please reply ASAP since we will be checking into the hotel on 5/23.

There will be five of us from the Tucson Fan Force staying here at the Sheraton. As far as the credit card questions go, my experience is that a down payment is placed on your card when you first check in, then when you check out, the total amount is charged to your card account.
As far as costumes, we HOPE TO BE bringing a couple dark Jedi, a Royal Guard, a Wookiee, Jango Fett, Qui-Gon Jinn, and maybe a Jawa. It is only three days away!

Just wanted to let everyone know that, thanks to ValedaKor's thread earlier today, I found out that there's a Rite Aid right across the street from the Sheraton.
Pretty much anything you could want there...snacks, drinks, medication, baby stuff, stuff you may need for costume repairs, etc.
Instead of renting a fridge, I think we're going to buy a soft-side cooler (on sale for 9.99, btw) and use it in the room, then carry swag back home in it!

Hi Thistledown!
We will be leaving the Sheraton at 6:00am.
You can meet up with us at the hotel's front desk. Just look for two blond haired women hanging out by the front desk.
The Omni Hotel is only about a 1/2 mile away from the Sheraton. So this should be a very short ride.
Check in for the breakfast starts at 6:30am.
Thank you for answering our post, we look forward to meeting the both of you.
