All payments must be received by May 19th. After that date, non-paying people on the list will be dropped.

Another reminder: Payment is due by May 19th.
I'm not your mother, so I need people to make their payment by the deadline. If you signed up but don't pay you will be removed from the Guest List. If you show up at the party and didn't pay, you're not getting in. Simple as that.
For the record, I am a mom so whining, crying, moaning, and complaining has no effect on me. I hear it all the time.

Um, is that the whole list? Looks like there are a lot fewer than 200 people there. I'm just asking because I signed up in the thread and paid via Paypal and don't see my name there, so I'd like to confirm that my $28 didn't just vanish into a black hole.

This is a Rebel Legion event. FanForce was invited as a courtesy. The majority of the attendees will be Rebel Legion where we will have an awards ceremony to present Rebel of the Year and Costumer of the Year, plus various base awards.
Your $28 is funding a party that will end up with me footing the last $600 of the bill out of my own pocket. So you're getting a pretty good deal, I think.

Um, no, that's not what I'm asking. I'm saying I signed up and paid yet do not see my name on the list in the first post. Can you please confirm that you received my payment and I'll have a spot? The fact that I've sent money to you but don't see my name there makes me a bit nervous, that's all, and I would like to confirm one way or the other (either that I am in but someone forgot to put me on the list, or that I am not in but I will get my money back). Please advise.
Edit: I will send you a PM with the details of the transaction and maybe you can tell me if you received the payment in your Paypal account.

I'm just wondering......the mixer is in the Bonnaventure, but where? It's kind of a big hotel. Is there a room location for it?

We have the entire Hollywood Ballroom on the 3rd floor. There will be signs posted in the hotel lobby to direct you as well as information at the RL and FF tables.
I apologize for my snippy PMs to some of you, but this planning took a lot more of my time and money than I originally thought. This, on top of all my work helping with the RL table, preparing for a costuming panel, and millions of other small details I have to deal with right before the convetnion. I'm stressed to the max.
