According to their press release, they were the ones who broke off the contract talks...whatever. Does this have any affect on their party?

Oh the passion we must have ....
Master Replicas (RIP) will still go ahead with their Celebration IV party on Sunday May 27th. The 2 announced Celebration IV exclusive items (Wedge Antilles scaled helmet and scaled Medal of Yavin) will NOT be sold at C-IV, instead being available at the Master Replicas website.
The following products will still be produced by Master Replicas before their license expires :
Mara Jade Lightsaber Limited Edition
Shadow Trooper Helmet (CS Exclusive)
Luke Ep. VI V2 Limited Edition
Boba Fett Helmet Limited Edition
Boba Fett Helmet Signature Edition
The much anticipated Shadow Trooper helmet will now have an edition size of 500 and will not be a lottery as previously announced

If they're going to be this childish and pull the booth out from CIV then I'll spend my money and time in another area. At the end of the day they're letting their fans/customers down by not being there.
It's good that the party is still goin on for those able to go. I will have one less line and $70 more to spend elsewhere.

The problem may be just business intrigue. I checked my link to the MR website and the company that bought them out last year has really put their mark on it. I guess the new management had their own ideas about licenses.

Agree, march 08 is when they are unable to sell anymore SW items...darn near a year out and a week out from cIV they pull their table. Just says alot to me about their attitude.
