I'm here -- and I've been in the vendor/autograph hall, the fan hall and outside the store!
Let me just jot down a few things:
This place is huge -- but everything is very close to each other, so it shouldn't be a problem to find your way around.
"Artists Alley" is got to be ten times the size of the room at C-III. You are going to love being able to walk around and actually see everything.
Lots of ATMs scattered all around the vendors hall.
Lots of bathrooms, too LOL.
I was told by one of the food concessioners that there is going to be "more food than you can possibly imagine." Well, I can imagine a lot  , but I hope she was right! I also tried to get them to set up outside tomorrow, during the Movie Marathon. So, if there are a couple of booths out there selling Chinese Food and Tacos, you have me to thank!
Will Call -- the booths are on the left side of the South Tower Lobby (left side as you come in from Figueroa). There are a lot of them.
Regular Registration is around the corner -- it looks like they are going to set up crowd control to have people enter for those booths through the doors that are on that side (the south side) of the building.
Huge banners mark the aisles in the vendor hall (just like at Comic-Con). The numbers go from left to right as you enter the room (that is, Aisle 100 is on the left, then Aisle 200, etcetera).
OfficialPix was setting up as I arrived. They are going to have a lot of space back there. They are straight back in the hall, past all the exhibitors.
I also want into the Fan Hall (Hall G). Boy, an x-wing looks really forlorn without its wings . There is going to be a ton of space in there, too. Miana -- Pacific Region FF is very close to the front of the room, next to "Laurence Noble Sculpture." Dajuan -- Fan Force is on the right side of the room, between Grand Army of the Republic and the DC Star Wars Collectors Club.
They haven't started unpacking anything for the store yet, but from the size of the room and the booths they had set up, it is going to be very well done.
There are thousands of chairs set up in Hall K and Petre Hall.
Anyway, just a few minutes to tell you guys all this. I'm heading back down there shortly. I'll post later tonight with anything else I can find out!

Well, what they've set up is rather impressive. Went with Valeda to look at what's set up and they definitely haven't scrimped on spacings (except maybe around the Hasbro area, that could get fun). They were starting to load up the Store when we went past and it does look like they have a lot of stuff, and there were at least 3 ATMs outside and another few just inside the doors we went past.
In the Art Area, the tables are set so far apart from each other that you'd easily be able to fit more than 30 people around each artists table. And they all have a board behind them that they can display all their stuff from too. They were setting up a big poster display area on the back wall with a lot of the more official posters on it.
The Will Call set up isn't to bad at the moment. I don't know if it will stay that way, but for general pick-ups it's broken into about 5 lines by surname, and then there's about 5-7 "Customer Service" booths too. As Valeda said, the rego booths are on another part of the lobby (if you look at the map you'll see the Registration/Will Call area in dark green is split by a wedge area, and the two are on either sides of that wedge) and they've got the cattle fences already set up for people to get in that way. So while both will end up flowing into the rest of the lobby area, there's at least some good separation.
In terms of food and concession areas, I hope they have people standing by to fill up the vending machines cause I can see those emptying out multiple times during the day.
And the Autograph Hall, boy is that a huge space. Can't wait until my first shift with them to see how well it goes.
Although through this all, stupid me forgot the camera. Got the call from Valeda before I got into the room and didn't think to go in and grab the bag so we could share a bit of what the space looks like.

Nice to meet you, Dingo! We had a little bit of fun just walking around seeing everything before the mad crush. The Death Star is pretty impressive, and they're putting up banners all over the place. It's gonna be fun.
Off to meet up with some friends before we go over to the Marathon. I'll post again later!
