Well I was just not wanting to hamper anyone or feel awkward because I'm underaged.

But I definitely still want to go.

From the website, it looks like you get a discount if you buy a package for admission and three rides, but it's still not cheap. I'll probably go anyway, though, just because it seems like such a unique experience and I love crazy-ass rides and roller coasters and stuff. Too bad the roller coaster isn't there anymore. I remember reading about that one a while ago and thinking it would be cool to go on.

I got back from Vegas last week for a vacation and tis true. Nothing in Vegas is cheap!

If you go be sure to get to the Coca-Cola Bottle across the street from New York New York and scope it for discount tickets for shows, tours, etc. I got Spamalot tix for $50 dancing They also had the Star Trek experience tickets for way cheaper than at the door.

Be sure to pull the coupons from the Monorail booths, some goodies in there! Free Orb at the Star Trek Restuarant (Which is very good but little pricey). Up to 10 shots of Liqour in that!!! And it looks cool too!

I've heard nothing but good things about (the former) Barbary Coast, so that sounds good to me. cool

Plus, as someone already mentioned, they have the SW slots. And those things are addicting!

The SW slots are in just about every one of the main casinos. I know they are in the Hilton, Sahara, Harrahs, New York New York, MGM and at least one other I was in.

I won absolute nowt on them when I was there. That guy in San Diego (He won summit like $3.2m!) must have drained them so much they put them onto tight-fisted mode. cry

We also need to find a good splash ride in Vegas like we did at Disneyland. Fun guaranteed. grin

Oh, the Star Trek experience! I forgot that was in Vegas also. I'll definitely have to do that! And if anyone else here is actually a Trek fan, you can come too. tongue

And Jenn, don't be silly, you're not getting in the way of anything. We'll work it out. happy

You won't hamper anyone and if you do then you can just spend more time with me. Which we can then go and find under-21 things to do in the city.

I was 20 the first time I went to Vegas. Other than gambling and drinking, there wasn't really anything I was excluded from (everyone else in the group was over 21).

And the great thing about Vegas is that you can take your drinks pretty much anywhere (except in cars and taxis, of course). So people of age can still get their drink on without having to hang around at the bar. happy

You forgot to mention the true event which is the sole reason for every visit of yours to Vegas:

Kendras favorite musical

From the photos on the site, that bar looks NOTHING like Quark's. Bah!

The wedding packages are quite hilarious too. You have twenty minutes to get on and off the bridge, apparently. tongue
