Thanks Helen. We were originally going to go with a Jodo Kast image for the cake, but he doesn't have enough green in his armor & helmet to make him a good candidate for a St. Patty's Day cake.
So we just went with two different shades of green and made up our own Fett color scheme.

Oh BTW, I called my local Hallmark store last week to inquire about the 2008 SW and Indy ornaments.
They are scheduled to arrive in stores sometime in July. So keep those eyes peeled for them come summer!

Doesn't the new 'Mummy" movie come out in August? If so, maybe they'll do something with that. Wouldn't break my heart to see Brendan Fraiser!!

Yes, on August 1, I believe.
Others... one that might be talked up a bit, seeing as how it opens on Friday, July 25: X-Files 2. And I wouldn't be surprised to see a big push for Pineapple Express. And God save us all, there's a new Vin Diesel movie coming out in August. Say it ain't so LOL. Now -- the panel that would be the be panel to end all panels -- Brad Pitt talking about the upcoming The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, set for November.
Be that as it all may, the big splash is going to be that Clone something or other flick that comes out in August .

Any news on the Star Wars movies being released on Blu-Ray? I thought that since HD DVD is finally dead and buried, it wouldn't take Lucas long to put out another set of DVD's. As much as I hate to own yet another set of the same film, I'd have a hard time turning down BR as it is da bomb!!!!!!!

I just finally connected that TCW will be out after CCI. DUH!!!  For some reason, I kept thinking the movie came out first.

Have you checked out BR yet? It really is amazing. And when you consider Epiodes 2 and 3 were digital, I bet the transfer would be stunning.

Yeah, I saw that sometime last year and thought it was interesting. Rumor has it Lucas was waiting for the format war to end. Now that it has, I'm sure it can't be long before we hear somethng. I'm wondering if he'll make additional changes. I'm fine with the saga being the way it is although I'd LOVE to see an all digital Yoda in TPM.

I'm fine with the way the Saga is now as well. But I had to laugh when loads of fans complained about the changes George made for the DVD release.
Fans were upset over some of the alterations done to the OT. Ummm, did they somehow forget that the second OT DVD boxed set also came with a DVD of each original theatrical release as well? You could pick & choose which version you wanted to watch - plain & simple. 
I could only imagine the uproar we would hear if George made anymore changes for the Saga's BR release.

Eh, I don't really mind the changes. I mean no one is forcing you to buy a new version of the film if you really don't want it, ya know? The only change that bothered me (if I could use the word bothered here) was the Han/Greedo thing. It just didn't need to be messed with. I "UNDERSTAND" why he did it but would have rather liked to have seen that stay the way it was. The Yoda is TPM just looked bad... I mean really bad. Watch that and then pop in Clones and see the difference.
