Where is "5-25-77"?

I'm posting this here because I'm not sure of where else it would go.
I saw the preview cut at CIV and thought it was pretty good (although not exactly what I was expecting). I'd heard it was due for release in late 2007, then it seemed to vanish. Has anyone heard anything more about it?

Not a problem, this is a good place!
According to IMDB, the movie is still in search of a firm distributor. The rumor is (if you believe the IMDB message boards), that it has been picked up. No info about a release date, though.

Let's just hope this film doesn't follow the FanBoys path with loads of release delays.

I have been wondering about this film as well. I thought it was fantastic at the showing at CIV. Can't wait to see it on the big screen again.

I hope Maple gets their hands on it and send it to theater.
as far as getting similar issues as with Fanboys, well as long as the Weinstein brothers don't touch it, everything should be peachy.

At this point I'll settle for a DVD release. I've been dying for both of these movies. Then again I was dying for Southland Tales as well... what a festering pile of dog pooh that turned out to be. LOL!
