Hi, I was just woundering if anyone was interested in doing some kinda project, with the fans from south wales area like.
This includes Fan Film, Fan fiction...I donno, anything lol

Tried to do this a few years ago. Wrote a script and scouted locations too.
The only problem is that given the time and expense needed for any type of project, its not likely to happen.

hmmm any ideas 4 a script?
i believe there was something like this planned for the midlands group and mark and phil were writing a script - not sure what happened to it tbh.
but its a bit out of our league atm i recon! - needs to be something smaller...

It would be great to get a smaller project in the works! My friends back home did a lot of filmmaking, (not Star Wars, though)--I'd love to help out however I can.
Would it work best if we set aside a few days for intense planning and filming, and said "be there or DIE!"?

I would like to offer my services as an experienced video maker guy....
I have a very expensive Sony digital video camera and can edit like a bad boy.
Also, I lead a very sad, empty and lonely life, so i'm looking for a project that might stop the voices in my head for a short while... 
As for what content the fan film should contain?
Well I have a Darth Vader costume (self made, but almost identical to the movie version) that could come in handy.
Maybe Vader and Yoda playing Chess and talking about the good old days.
Also, I have a Yoda puppet.

Cool, its nice to see some interest here...
Its something I've always wanted to do really, mainly for the last 6-7 years.
A fan Film at the moment is at the top of my list...the story/script, is still unknown.
Is anyone able to get their hands on or own a script that we could have a look at? I think that would be our first option...if we cant find any material then its up to us to make it, come up with concept/story.
Thats our first goal anyway if any of us want to go ahead with ths, get a story going.
I did write a story a few years bk, but the scale of it would be too big to translate into a fanfilm.
I am interested in exploring the 'Shadows of the Empire' story mind...tho again I think the scale maybe too big...

i recon to start with it should be a very small scale project
we also need to think what sort of film it will be...e.g. comedy, true star wars, thriller, parody??

A small fan film is an excellent idea! 
We'd need to bear in mind filming times though, and restraints- not many females. I do believe I'm in a big minority there... 
But I really want to be involved with this. Even if it's just an animation and we do voices for it. That could also be quite cool!
