	I've made these points before in comms, but figure I should put them on the record here: 1. I find the "no posting while drunk" rule absurd. How can you tell how much someone has had to drink? Do you have an e-breathalyser? To me, the deciding factor is your behavior: you're either complying with the TOS or you aren't. If you're flaming, baiting, etc, your state of inebriation is irrelevant. 2. On the other hand, I have no problem with the rule against glorifying drunkenness, especially given the age of many users here. I draw a line, though, between glorifying drunkenness and discussing alcohol as a food, ie preferred beer brands, wine styles, etc. I make a clear discussion between alcohol and illeghal drugs however. -----signature----- A perfect world: a house in the Hamptons with two solaria and a horse named Prickely Pete, Dr. van Nostrand as my primary care physician, the O-OT legally available on DVD in a quality worthy of its greatness and Luke the undisputed hero of Star Wars
