Are multi-forum threads possible?

What I mean is, if we really wanted to up the cross-forum participation (which I'm not sure we do), could we create say an "ABORTION" thread that exists in both the JCC and the Senate?
Where I could post something and it would appear in the JCC version as well?

As of my last experience with admin functions, I don't think this is presently possible, although it would be a very cool idea. I think sleepy would need to be involved.

But, as an alternative - the discussion thread could do what the roving social thread is doing. It could live in the Senate for a week or two, get moved to YJCC for a week or two, back to the Senate, etc., etc.

That's definately an idea, moving it between the two but I wonder if what we've been realising would affect that; namely, that it would be Senate discussion for a week, YJCC discussion, and as it rotated back there'd still be scant interaction between the two?
I guess the best way to figure that out would be to try it. If it doesn't work, we say, "Oh, dang, it didn't work" and blame Obi-Wan McCartney.

Well, when the boards finally move to the new service, perhaps it will be possible. And that's supposed to happen any day now. Yep.... any day... annnnnny day.....

This would actually be a really good idea, if it were possible. I still say we should test a similar idea, though. Have the exact same thread in two forums, with the same introductory posts. It would be interesting to see what kind of different debates might go on.
