1) What sets are contained in Relections 1?
2) Are the cards Black border, or white border.

They are a mix of cards from Premiere to SE, with foils of the better cards from those sets being a big selling point of the packs. See decipher.com for more details.
All the foils are BB, but the other random cards can be BB or WB. IMO, you see a lot of WB Dagobah, WB Premiere, CC and SE cards in the packs.

White border is basically a collecting thing.
For Degoba, Hoth, and Premiere, there were limited and unlimited sets.
The black-boarder is limited and the white-boarder is unlimited.
