Who do we still have on board besides Shewski and RBolt, anyways?
I'll try to get some momentum going again on my end, as I'd like to at least get another version release of HOTR done before Kamino gets started up.

Hi guys. I found this thread and have spent many hours the last two days
reading every single page. Whew, that was a lot of reading to do!! 
I want to say that I think it's great what you guys are doing with trying
carry the SWCCG on through into Episode II with this great fan effort.
You are performing a great service to Star Wars fans and I appreciate
all the thought and effort that has gone into trying to make cards that
not only play well, but are as true to the movies as possible. An especially
big thanks to The2ndQuest for starting the whole project and doing first-class
work on game mechanics, and R'Bolt for his wonderful efforts on editing
the cards and getting great images that fit the mood and style of
the cards (which I hope to see soon)!
A huge amount has been already been accomplished; here's looking forward
to the Rev. 2.0 play testing that will get HotR very close to completion.
And then on to Kamino!

I just discovered this thread now. I, too, have been trying to create "Fan Expansions" of SWCCG to encompass Episode II. Here are 9 cards I've created on my own:
NOTE: The images are low quality because they were from trailer snapshots taken before Episode II ever came out!  The game text and functions of the cards are not thought out at all, as these were quickly thrown together for me to see if I could even generate these card images and see what they would look like. I've even printed them out and sliped them in card sleeves on top of other cards and surprised friends in games just for fun.  (I'm also developing my own new card game, SWDCG; threads soon to be in Fan Art forum)
ALSO: I haven't (and don't have the time to) read the rest of the pages on this thread. So I was wondering, what progress have you made on this project? Are there any generated card images you've made?
I really, REALLY want to get on board this project!!

The first expansion has had a first or second version test-playing set of cards made up, but we seemed to be taking criticism for one or two new game mechanics and I had hoped to iron those out in the next version.
Unfortunately, my time for the past few months has been taken up by other things, so we've apparently stalled in our forward momentum at the moment.
However, I have not abandoned this project- too much work from so many people has been contributed to this to let it go unfinished- I promise you all we will see this done in the future ::)

: ) Well I'd say we were somewhere around the 350 mark with respect to developed card images in 3 expansions. Heart of the Republic went through a number of gametext revisions with the other sets pretty much in the initial card suggestion and 1st cut stage. So much so that it was more than enough to get Decipher's attention regretably... before we were forced to take the site down.

I think I had almost completed my revision for HOTR last I worked on this, I'll take a look at it sometime soon as see if i can finish it off and see what we can do from there.
Last I recall, our main priorities were finishing off the next verson of the HOTR Playtesting cards, and also doing prelim concept discussions for Kamino, more specifically cloning, which we seemed to have a couple good ideas rolling (such as moving the clones along kamino sites to represent their development).
