The Great Holocron - canon question

was both the Great Holocron and the Tedryn Holocron found on Telos? or was the Great Holocron found elsewhere?
I ask in this forum because I need it for my Saga Edition campaign and I can't find the answer anywhere..

According to WookieePedia, the Tedryn holocron was used by Exar Kun's Jedi master, Vodo-Siosk Bass. It was lost for millennia and was found by Leia Organa on Byss in 10 ABY.
The Great Holocron, on the other hand, was the central repository of the Jedi Archives on Coruscant. It was lost after the Jedi Purge, found again in 40 ABY an placed in the new Jedi Temple on Ossus.

The Campaign I am running is the story of the individual who's destiny it is to find, protect, and hide the Holocrons from the Empire so that later generations of Jedi may find them.

The "Telos holocron" is actually the holocron of Darth Sidious
