Hi all,
I thought I'd throw this pair of clips online today, to give you an idea of what I'm doing with this KOTOR movie. The compression might have the video a little dark, but it shouldn't be a problem.
Some things to notice:
1. All shots were color corrected. In a small movie file its hard to tell, but on a tv the different settings really look more photorealisitc and the lighting is a bit more dynamic.
2. Yes it's my cheesy voice. Not my best work but it was late. The majority of the performances will be top notch, as best they can speaking into a camera mic.
3. All music added in post, obviously. And Star Wars wipes used throughout.

The Mod was only expecting a primitive "Look, I've taped all the cut-scenes out of KOTOR" video, and was proved very wrong.

Well i must admit they are very well done.
However i do think that the first one could use a little less techno music, and a little more "kung-foo-action" if you know what i mean.

I disagree. I think it's actually better than the original music for the cantina.

It's okey. As good as could be done with what you have I guess.
Some of the music choices (like the blaring Force theme for no apparent reason and annoying techno music) I didn't like, but they're your choices.

I know it's early, but are you planning on doing one for KOTOR II? So far this seems really good, and it would only seem right for you to do the sequel. Nice voice work by the way. Very cool.

Those were abosolutely fantastic! Good job! I can't imagine how you made that look so good, even in the low-rez version.
Oh, and the voicework was great as well...the music was spot-on, it all worked.
