Two things! First... a NEW CLIP!
Here's your next look at Knights of the Old Republic, Episode II: Search for the Star Forge.
On Manaan, our group finds themselves in a bit of trouble with the Selkath and their neutrality laws. As Logan saves the group using a little bit of the Force, Bastila and Carth warn our hero of the dangers of manipulating the mind and touching upon the dark side.
Couple interesting tidbits of note:
1. The ominous score in the background is actually "Revan's Theme" throughout Episode 2 and 3.
2. Notice how more than one conversation was blended into the sequence, including utilizing a line from Carth that will have a greater significance later on in the film and the saga at large.
3. Note the darkside leanings of Logan Starr - but will he control them as he claims he can?

Finally - parts of the audio and soundmix are not yet completed... as well, color correction might undergo a revamp as well by the time the movie is released.

FYI- I want to say I really loved this series and watched the entire first movie recently. It was spectacular and Logan Starr is edited to be almost as good as a real Star Wars film.
Bravo, you did excellent trimming the fat.
(Though I still miss the incongruity of stealing Sith uniforms from a party---You should have made Logan a pimp with the ladies)

This is the most up to date version of the scene previously posted here... I call it verison 2.0... we dive in (no pun intended) a few seconds prior to the previous clip, where we get to hear Logan telling T3 to send for Carth and Bastila and remain with the others, Logan and the pair journey down into the depths of the Manaan seas...
Again, there are some interesting notes about this clip:
1. The music makes the journey to the depths a bit more epic and grandiose... however the mood will certainly change to a more scary and dark atmosphere as they discover the horrors that await.
2. Note the greenish hue, tentatively the plan to stylize the underwater scenes a bit... the thought is - once the problem is resolved down below the murky water will return to its original blue sheen.
3. Here you hear the first (well, now your second) glimpse of T3's new sound for the saga.
Of course - youtube has darkened the scenes a bit too much, on DVD/digital it's a little lighter, and the color and sound is not final.
Enjoy the clip - that'll be it for a while, though some soundtrack snippits are on the way next as we head deeper into production of Episode 2: Search for the Star Forge!

Hello everyone!
So last night I finally sat down and LOCKED DOWN the first 18 minutes of Episode 2... meaning, they are in the archives and I can clear the path and space to rock the next section of the film. Now as a note, changes to the timeline are always possible (I added Atris to Episode 1 after the entire film was 'locked down'), but it's pretty much set in stone as far as pacing goes. In doing this, I have already burnt a DVD of the first 18 minutes, I did this so I could make sure everything worked on regular entertainment systems, not just my computer speakers and monitor.
Anyway, HERE'S THE CONTEST:
Produce an "Entertainment Weekly" style FEATURE/REVIEW of Episode 1 - not just a typical few sentences mind you - we're looking for creativity here... you can add quotes from the director, quotes from actors, basically work it like a feature article for a leading entertainment magazine.
Within the review/article should have history leading up to the movie, maybe even creative andecdotes from the shooting of the movie, and obviously, your offical review of the movie as well.
WINNING SUBMISSION WILL GET THE DVD I BURNED OF THE FIRST 18 MINUTES OF EPISODE 2: "SEARCH FOR THE STAR FORGE!"
Couple notes:
1. Winning submission must also follow through with a nice "PREVIEW" article of your peak of Episode 2 - written in the same style of your winning submission.
2. The winner will also potentially recieve a FOLLOW-UP DVD closer to the release date - depending on how many more I make while working on the final edit.
IMPORTANT!!!
WINNER HAS A HUGE RESPONSIBILITY AS WELL. If the winning applicant LEAKS the first 18 minutes on youtube or here or *anywhere* else, I will NEVER release the final film to the public. EVER.
So understand that the winner is entering into a deal of trust and confidentiality with us. If they violate that trust, they could potentially ruin the experience for everyone else!
So get writing! Deadline for submissions is a WEEK FROM TODAY!

I'll cut to the chase - here is the first episode of "KOTORADIO" (yes, with only one "R" haha)... it's about 1 hour and 14 minutes long, and generally acts as an audio FAQ, and covers the grip of questions I've received from fans on youtube. It's about 68 MB's big, so I suggest right clicking and downloading the mp3 to your hard drive and then listening to it from there.

---A Couple Notes:---
1. The audio mixdown had some weird effects at times, making it sound like my voice is skipping. It's very feint and not distracting, but just a heads up.
2. I mention that all the music in the background is all from Episode 2, SFTSF. This is not accurate. I ended up putting music from that movie, but also from Episode 1, as well as a few other pieces that are planned to be in Episode 3. So regardless - keep your ears on the background music, which in itself is a huge preview of the trilogy's music to come!
3. Sadly I didn't get to any of the questions posted here on this forum, but will get to those questions on a subsequent episode, which will be less a FAQ and more a complete radio show, with special topics, features, previews, and of course questions to top it off.

Kaydon, I have to say that I watched your movie before I played KOTOR and loved it. Some parts were even better than playing the game as I really missed the music. Can't wait until Bastila and Logan get it on, pissing Bastila off was one of my favourite moments of the game. She's so uppity.

Been trawling youtube and Kaydon's been a busy boy
It appears that Logan/Revan is going to wear blue jedi robes in this one, as well that absurd headgear that irritated me in the game.
T3 looks as if he's going to rescue the team on the Leviathan.
He also says soon a love trailer will be released
Another clip, poor sound though, on Manaan
