Depends on what you like really. If you like RPGs then go with KOTOR. JA if you like FPS.

Hey guys, saw this thread at the top and I decided to give it a try,
I just finished God of War, and I thought it was awesome. I'm kind of back into video games now. So what other actiaon/adventure games that are like that would you guys recommend the most? I have Prince of Persia (SOT), and I've played it a little and it's okay, but the fighting isn't nearly as good as GOW and the story is a little wierd. Any others you could suggest?

You may be disappointed since God of War is widely regarded as the best action/adventure on the PS2. That said, Prince of Persia: Two Thrones has an upgraded combat system so if you enjoy fighting try that out (it also has the cool platforming of SoT).

The Two Thrones is good, especially if you prefer a stealthier aspect of killing, but still mixing in some action at the same time.
But if you're up for the ruff n' tuff slash and kill acrobatic thriller, I'd recommend PoP: Warrior Within. Great game!

The first game was a beautiful, artistic masterpiece with well-thought-out puzzles, a stylish, if a bit flawed, combat system, and a dry, smirking sense of humor and self-deprecation.
It, like Ico and Beyond Good and Evil before it, sold like utter crap.
The second game was a nü-metal, aggro, "2 TEH XTREME!!" makeover, with a better combat system, but cheaper puzzles, WWE characterization, and despite miraculously still being a playable, periodically-enjoyable game on its own terms, was utter defacement of all that made the first game special.
It sold MILLIONS.
They're not going back.
(Though, that game did get me to like a Godsmack song. Or three chords of one, anyway. That's fairly impressive.)

Saints Row looks a whole lot like a GTA clone to me. 
I'd wait, and me personally, I am going to wait so long that I will never buy it.

Shadow Hearts or Shadow Hearts: From the New World?
I've bought Shadow Hearts: Covenant a few weeks ago. Loved it, although I know some of the plot of the first game now, I guess.
