	Just finished my first play through (and listening to the awesome end credits song). Played as a male Vanguard and it took me 45 hrs 07 mins. Got to level 47. ME, without doubt, has the best story of any game I've ever played. Can't wait for the sequels! Achievements I got on 1 go: - Distinguished Service Medal (Complete Eden Prime) - Spectre Inductee (Player is Spectre) - Scholar (Find all primary Alien: Council Races, Extinct Races and Non-Council Races codex entries) - Honorarium of Corporate Service (Complete Noveria) - Medal of Exploration (Land on an uncharted world) - Shotgun Expert (150 Shotgun Kills) - Throw Mastery (Use biotic Throw 75 times) - Dog of War (150 organic enemy kills) - Search and Rescue (Found Liara in Artemis Tau Cluster) - Rich (Exceed 1,000,000 Credits) - Geth Hunter (250 synthetic enemy kills) - Paragon (75% of total Paragon points) - Medal of Heroism (Complete Feros) - Completionist (Complete the majority of the game) - First Aid Specialist (Use medi-gel 150 times) - Charismatic (Resolved impossible situation with Charm or Intimidate) - Warp Mastery (Use biotic Warp 75 times) - Council Legion of Merit (Complete Virmire) - Paramour (Complete romance subplot) - Medal of Honor (Complete Mass Effect Playthrough) - Tactician (Complete playthrough with shield damage greater than health damage) -----signature----- Take me out to the black. 	So, I'm really frustrated. I'm at the part where the romantic subplot is supposed to make me choose, and no one confronted me! Then Kaiden starts blathering about some childhood story and doesn't make any romantic discussion at all!! Is there any hope of any romantic subplot in my game or do I have to restart? I don't know how I got to this point! I totally encouraged romance with Kaiden and totally flatout discouraged it with Liara, and nothing!!! -----signature----- I'm pretty much a BioWare fangirl. The cutscene that makes you choose can happen after different missions, or it might not happen at all. I think it only happens if you flirt with both Kaiden and Liara. If, like you say, you've avoided romancing Liara, then you probably won't be confronted. As long as you speak to Kaiden as much as you can, the romantic subplot should play out. 	If you pick the "tactical appraisal" covo choice even once with Kaiden it kills the romance subplot. Same goes for Ashley, except it's the "what do you think of the last mission" option. -----signature----- Help me Prometheus, I can't barbecue my wings!

	Well I've just finished a playthrough on Insanity. After initially trying it with a new character I swapped to my previous Adept character who was at level 47 and started again. Insanity mode was far more enjoyable after that - being able to use all my high level powers and items I was able to just tear through the game. I stuck to the main story only, and the game seemed far more focused and fast paced without spending countless hours wandering around in that dreadful Mako. I went from level 47 to 57 in that single playthrough, the gap between levels was nearing 100,000 XP at that stage. Looks like I'm going to have to do another playthrough to get to 60. 	Started on Veteran with a new Shepard (female this time). For some reason she's a lot more of a bitch than I originally intended her to be. 	So I've been playing this game for about 15 hours in total and it's one of the best RPGs I've ever played. I played Kotor I and II, but this...just with the dynamic conversations alone blows almost all other RPGs out of the water--well it would if it wasn't plagued with some pretty frustrating glitches. Still, I absolutely love this game--it's taking over my soul. Anyone get the limited edition? I'm wondering what came with that and what I'll be missing out on. Also did anyone notice how similar the story about the Rachni is to Ender's Game? -----signature----- Fin

	The LCE comes with a Galactic Codex that has nothing that's not in the in-game codex and an art book.
