	Axle-Starweilder posted: personally i hope it's some kind of fusion between jedi knight and KOTOR. that would be best in my opinion. i think the "being vader's apprentice" deal is pretty cool, but that video of the jedi smashing up stormtroopers made me think it was somebody trying to survive the purge. that would be pretty rad if you got to pick the good or the bad sides. and personally i like to have a certain archtype for the characters to begin with. i mean, it's nice in kotor how you got to pick your own dude and stuff, but it didn't really matter because they already had the whole history of the character made up for you from the very beginning. also, it would be nice if they could make it on the Wii with amped up lightsabre controls. that's all we really want now isn't it? aw hell, i'll just be happy as long as there's a jump button. First off, I love your X-files icon. I'm an absolute nut about that show! Back on topic, I definitely agree with everything you said. To be perfectly honest, I'm not even THAT big of a fan of picking between pre-set characters in KOTOR, you know what I mean? Most of them are pretty bland, really. I'd rather them just make a character that FITS the look of Revan or Exile than pick between a bunch of goofy looking ones and a couple that look good. I may be in the minority on that one, but if you think about it, it'd create a LOT less mess for them down the line, at least as far as continuity and cameos in later games. Like I said, as long as the look of the character fits the actual character itself, I think everyone would be pretty happy. I could be wrong, though. Definitely digging the sound of combining Force powers as well. On paper, this game sounds like it has the right ideas for the new systems AND we get to be Vader's apprentice. I can't get over how sick that is! Does it seem odd to anyone else that it's supposedly coming out on PS2 but not X-box? If anything, I thought it'd be the other way around, if not strictly for the new platforms. Oh well, I'm not complaining either way! Oh, and if that picture (which, granted, is hard to truly see) is a shot of our character? I'm pretty darn happy about that. He looks cool to me!

	I would think the PS2/Xbox decision is simple economics. There is a much larger market for a PS2 game at this point than an XBox one. Many Xboxers have upgraded to 360s, and there were never as many Xboxes out as there were PS2s (which was, at least until the Wii came out and possibly still is, the highest selling console in the world.) ~100 million PS2s give a better market than 10 million Xboxes. -----signature----- Darth Revan Fan Club: Technical Specialist Uncle Eddie was my favourite wrestler Gentle Giant owns my bank account.

	Of course they haven't. I meant highest 'rate of sale', i.e consoles per month, not total sold. PS2 easily wins the second and was still dominating the first last I heard. 	Didn't they discontinue the Xbox? Why would they want to waste resources on it? In fact why would anyone want to buy an inferior version when they can get the next gen version with all the bells and whistles. Simple misunderstanding, my mistake I don't think the Xbox or PS2 has been discontinued, I still see them for sale at Best Buy and other stores...
