I think that's Kento and I think that's Vader pretty much killing him.

I don't think that is Kento. I think its the SA after Vader kills Kento.

Naw, I'm pretty sure it's Kento. Compare those robes to the ones in the new webdoc that are labeled Kento's robes and they're the same. Vader goes there, from what I understand, to kill Kento as a fugitive and there, after whooping him around, basically kidnaps the (I'm assuming to be) young child to be his future secret apprentice/leverage against Sidious.

O, i din't look at the robes. Good eye, i wasn't paying that much attention. it just seemed that he was wooping the jedi so i thought it would be the SA getting beat down.

That is Kento.
The image from the SpikeTv video matches the image from the selection screen where it says Kento's robes. No way you are fighting the SA in the beginning. You kill Kento, THEN you discover the boy. And Force choke is an exclussive power, for Vader.

[i][Only one Anakin. The other is suited Vader.

Eleven versions of the Apprentice.
Qui-Gon
Mace
For some unknown reason, we need two Lukes
" " " " one Mara Jade
Darth Phobos
One-lightsabered Darth Maul
Tyranus
Shaak Ti
Aayla Secura
Obi-Wan
Asajj Ventress.
Etc.

Sadly, no Darth Sidious. No Yoda. No next-gen multiplayer/i]

So these are the known "playable" characters? Are these for PS2 as well because
that is what I plan on using for the game? I guess darth desolous will be available
for ps2 as well.

The duel mode is strictly on the Wii to my knowledge, though I may be mistaken. No Darth Desolous in the duel mode, but we do have Darth Phobos.

What will the PS2 version have? I'm sure it would be similiar.
I heard that darth desolous was only for ps2.

I would think it would still include duel mode maybe not using as many
characters.

Nope. Duel mode is Wii exclusive. Don't know how else to write that, haha. The Coruscant stuff is on the Wii and the PS2 and I believe the PSP.

Coruscant stuff? explain please and anything else you know the ps2 will have.

I would think it has to have some other options to play with besides using
SA through the game.
You get to go to the Temple to fight Desolous, correct? There has to be other
characters besides the SA to play with in the game.
Confirmed is Vader and Kota , correct?

Variations: Not Just For Toys Anymore
4/5/2008 6:24:57 PM | Reported by Adam
This September, Lucasarts will release Star Wars: The Force Unleashed on several platforms. And guess what? Each of them will have platform-specific content. For the Wii: Wiimote-enabled lightsaber controls, nunchuck-enabled Force powers. Also, many playable characters. (I also recall seeing a mockup Wiimote Lightsaber.) PlayStation 2: Exclusive stages, including going to the Jedi Temple and experiencing Jedi Trials. A bunch of new Sith characters were created for the game as well. PSP: Historical missions based on the movies. Nintendo DS: Mutliplayer system and unique control scheme
.

Just saw this at Galactichunter.com and thought I'd partially answer my own question
above unless anyone has anything else for ps2?

also see my above post

Confirmed characters you play AS in the game are the SA, Darth Vader for the opening level, and there's a cheat code which lets you play through as a Rahm Kota. Other than that, I doubt you'll be able to play as anyone else.

The PS2 uses its own physics engine and has the Coruscant level where you go to take the Jedi trials (doesn't make any sense whatsoever, but whatever) in the busted up remains of the Temple. There you meet Desolous and Darth Phobos, who are apparently apparitions or holocrons or something of long dead Sith. This level is also in the Wii version.

I wonder will Friday's Spike TV special have anything on Xbox 360/PS3 exclusives. I know the systems boast the best looking graphics and DMM and Euphoria engines but there has to be some exclusive content. We know the 360 game is Xbox Live so I wonder will there be DLC.

There's two other exclusive levels for the Wii, PS2 and PSP: Nar Shaddaa and an expanded Cloud City.

From everything we've seen, there's no inclination that there is any sort of exclusives for them. Their exclusive content is Euphoria, DMM, and beautiful visuals.
