	Well, no veteran today. To be honest, I really didn't believe we'd get a veteran after thinking about it. Veteran's Day is an American holiday, Sakurai's Japanese; so the whole Veteran's Day - veteran update connection wasn't valid on my part. And while we haven't had a character update in two weeks now (?) or a veteran confirmed in over a month, I'm not sure we've ever gotten a Monday character update. But jeez, Sakurai better be building up for something, we knew about Norfair and Ike's FS from E for All, and the updates lately have been sort of "meh" with a few exceptions here and there. -----signature----- Isai is too good.

	^Same here. He's almost certain to return though, so I'm not worried too much. We already know the F-Zero franchise is being represented again in this installment(Samurai Goroh AT), and seeing as Falcon's the main character of the franchise there's no better character rep for that franchise (assuming it is getting a character rep, which is a safe bet). Plus, he's part of the original 64 cast. And on a side note, I can't wait to see his new character model. -----signature----- Isai is too good.

	Latest update is Spectator Mode. Which, essentially, is a 24-7 Smash Bros TV Channel showing nothing but random global matches. Not only that, it's global matches you can gamble on. 	I like the new skins. Before, the secondary skins weren't well thought-out, and a lot of them looked awkward. I like that they're thinking through the new ones. Most of the skins they showcased are as good as the primary skins. -----signature----- i never sleep, 'cause sleep is the cousin of death

	I guess this week isn't as bad as last. I've seen most of this stuff (the Smarth Bomb, Saki AT, etc.) in "E for All" gameplay videos and the like. Didn't see a whole lot of the alternate colors though. That is, the costumes themselves weren't very clear in the videos I saw, so I genuinely enjoyed that update. The ICs' Final Smash is news to everyone, so that wasn't at all a bad update either. On another note, it seems the Brawl roster is to be revealed December 15, a week or two before the Japanese release. How much of the roster is unknown, and I can't say with absolute certainty whether or not this is true, but I'll give the link to the information below. Anyways, I can't take credit for the find. A user over at the IGN boards pointed it out a few days ago. As much as I'm curious I know I won't be checking it out, I'd much rather discover the entire roster on my own by unlocking the hidden characters in the game. Here's the link: Link Should be the second article down or so. For those of you who can't find it (I guess it's possible), here's the text: CoroCoro Comics have announced that they will reveal the roster for Brawl in a magazine hitting the stands (in Japan of course) on the 15th of December. If you're unfamilar with CoroCoro they have previously featured information on Nintendo's games, notably they exculsively revealed Pokemon: Diamond and Pearl. What's unclear is just how much of the roster will be revealed. It's currently unkown if CoroCoro will feature the starting characters or the entire roster. If a full reveal seems unlikely it is worth noting that Brawl is set for a Japanese release in Jan of 08, just one month after the magazine release. If you doubt this information would be revealed outside of the dojo it has already been done. Twice now the site has been updated after a media release. Once on E3 and again with the news of Sonic joining the fight. While some have been awaiting the Dec 3rd update, which was Brawl's previous release date, the update on the 15th might be the one to watch for. -----signature----- Isai is too good.

	I'd hate to double post, though this thread's somewhat dead with the lack of any real decent updates lately and I thought I'd put this out there for those of you who haven't yet heard of/read Gimpyfish's E for All impressions. For those of you who don't know, Gimpyfish is a professional smasher regarded as having one of the best Bowser's in competetive play. He went to E for All and took extensive notes on everything about the game: characters, stages, gameplay, items, etc. All of these notes can be found in a thread on the Smash Boards in the link below. It's fairly long, but very, very informative and a very good read. Link If you're not a member you'll need to scroll down past the "Register Now" notice to get to the thread.
