Sorta kinda but not really. The most you can do is lock the council room. The room is a few button pushes and your in. PM me, and I'll arrange a meeting so I can show you.

one more question.about admins how do i set up a account to get access to it(if this is the wrong question to ask just say so
.Or is the only way you get acess to it is if you 'buy/rent' your own server?
