I think it goes by the thread's creation date, not the date it was stickied. The DS thread is the oldest, thus it's at the bottom, while the 360 thread is (barely) the newest and goes to the top.

Won't have solid results for a bit longer. Hoping that a combination of the holiday season and cross-pollination from the hopefully-near-launch of the TOR forum will bolster the userbase in this forum by association, and hopefully having the system threads stickied will give them a gateway to things and better utilize that effect.

Plus, given how inactive the PSP thread has been, there's at least a Death Troopers joke to be made somewhere... wink
