Hopefully, Fable 2 will be plentiful in content unlike Fable, which even with the expansion, was pretty short.

Molyneux said F2 is roughly 10x bigger than the first, so I think we can safely assume it's not going to be a short game. What I'm really hoping for is an extended period of adulthood. When I was playing the first game I noticed that between one mission and the next I'd age as much as ten years. Before the game was half through I was a 60 year old, which doesn't seem right. Not that it affects play, but it was jarring.

I have played fable and TLC and the one thing that I didn’t like was the fact that the game was more centered to good than evil. In most quest in Fable when you kill who your supposed to kill such as bandits, trolls, or balverines you get points that modified your alignment towards the good side. Even when walking thru regions you have lots of people to kill but the vast majority will move your alignment towards the good side. What I want in Fable 2 is when you pick a quest you can chose good or bad that way when you kill someone your alignment will move towards the side you choose. They had a few of those quest in Fable so they can do it. I just want to have a different experience when I play the good side and the evil side of the game.

Buying property in Fable 2 works like this; the player is able to buy any recognisable structure from a hut to a castle. Owning each type of structure brings certain benefits, for example a house can be rented out or you can move your family or friends in there - shops can supply extra revenue for you as you’ll get cut of their profits, owning civic buildings such as churches and cathedrals will increase your renown and if you own a dungeon you can harvest items from them. In addition to this any structure can have small scripts and stories attached to it. These scripts and stories potentially could be about anything but will be limited by what you normally do in game so you’ll you won’t find a script or story attached to a building that suddenly transforms Fable 2 into an RTS but you might find that you have to escort an Abbott from the cathedral to a pub (once again an example rather than a confirmed script)
Also ownership changes who you are in the world the more property you acquire, the more of a nobleman you become and if you were able to own enough property (which will be a lot) you end up as the evil emperor of Albion and have domination over all (just to give you an example)

I looooved Fable, but you age too quickly and it's far too short. One thing that bothered me was that I wanted the master sword in the stone, or whatever it was. I don't remember getting it, and it drove me crazy.
Fable 2? I'm for sure getting though. It's a nice mild RPG.

The 4th lionhead developer diary should be released tomorrow on xbox live and the lionhead site.
Rumour is it will reveal another big thing from the game.
It hasnt been said it if tomorrow UK time or US, but I'm waitin.
All the Fanboys at the lionhead site were going crazy because the vids been ready, but coz lionhead and microsoft
wanted to release on live and interweb at the sane time, it was delayed until ms fixed live after the crazy holiday shutdown.
