it was reported somewhere that since the Spore Creator was released 2 creatures per second were being uploaded. By the time the actual game is released there will be more creatures than people on earth

I really like yours, Handmaiden_Yane! I only have the trial version, & it doesn't come with feathered wings...

There's no plot/storyline yet, and I have no idea what it'll be when the game comes out. I think it's mainly a simulation - like Sim Life was.
