I was never very interested in the previous GTA games, but I couldn't ignore the reviews for this one. I'm loving it so far, very glad I decided to buy it. grin

Thinking about getting this today, hopefully I won't have to travel too much to find a copy for the 360. My whole friends list is filled with people playing this. Wouldn't be a bad time to jump in. happy

Question: What's everyone's favorite vehicle so far?

I really like the Cognoscenti.

The Hellfury and Zombie motorcycles.

I just LOVE cruisin' on motorcycles in this game.

Plus you get great Euphoria moments when you hit a solid object on a bike. I hit a fence and flew about 20 feet in the air and landed at the foot of a laborer sweeping up a parking lot. He freaked, saying that was the coolest thing he'd ever seen, and that it was like something from a movie.

It was great.

You know what, Michelle? You're a ****ing bitch. You don't like my new, $1,000 suit (I look like the Hitman); I drive you to the main island to see Ricky-****ing-Gervais; afterwards, you tell me you could be funnier, and then you try to make me your supplier?

You better be glad you put out, otherwise I'd've shot you in the face, and then driven over your body.

Republican Space Rangers! The History of Liberty City!

Also, just found the serial killer's blog. Awesome.

One of the highlights of the game has been the animation system, especially in regards to the little details. I love how when Niko talks to Jacob (at least early on), he gives this fake smile and nods like he understands, and says "Yeah. Yeah. Uh-huh. Yeah." Having been overseas more than once, I easily related to that.

The best part is later on, when Niko's talking to Badman, and he has this look of "Good god, what the ****?!?" when he looks over at Jacob for the translation.

(So, does Niko end up screwing the chick who works at the Internet café, or what?)

Yeah, I got the double-breasted suit and she mentions how it's ugly, and that she wished I still wore my commie hat from that Russian store. The hell?

I'm beginning to wish that she was killable, and not just limited to getting "scared."

I'm also disappointed that you can't go into the Met. Bah! Though it was nice to see it looming over the park like that.

The Internet in the game really is amazing. Although, I felt dirty checking out women's profiles on the fake Match.com thing. Like I was cheating in some way. Actually, I'm still quite shocked by the Internet's sheer scope. When I got the cyber-café mission, I figured I would quickly read through all the Internet stuff, and get it out of the way.

Little did I know that the fake Facebook pages, dating websites, and everything ELSE would be loaded with fake profiles; that there would be news websites, company websites, ringtone websites, links-within-links-within-LINKS...I'm pretty sure I ended up on a didgeridoo website at one point. You could literally spend days going through all the **** on there. It's insane.

Epic game.

I think, in order to win Michelle back, I'm going to take her on one of Brucie's helicopter rides. If she still won't give me any action, I'll crash the ****ing thing into Middle Park with everyone in it.

This appears to have been the one time I've ever encountered when it was necessary to preorder a game. Dammit.

I haven't gotten to the hookers part yet, but I did get the lap dance at the strip club.
How's the multiplayer version? I haven't had a chance to play that yet.
