Who else is excited? I hope it's not just the first two games combined, but has all- new levels! What do you guys think this will be like?

I'm looking forward to this. I hope the Wii controls are well-done; I've been waiting for my opportunity to swing a lightsaber. I never picked up the DS version of the OT game because of all the glitches, but if they fix those I may be tempted to pick up the DS version, too. The PT game was never released as a DS game so it'll be interesting to see what they do with that.

As long as it's just not a re-packaging of the first two games I might pick it up. Great co-op play in these games.

Wasn't ther only like 50 characters for both the other games? So this will add alot more.

Sure, but that website is my homepage! I really can't wait for this game, and I agree with you (I can't see your username right now) on the lightsaber aspect-- I've been waiting for the same thing! grin

What else would it possibly be EXCEPT for both games in one bundle?

You guys are nuts.

One can dream! I'm getting it either way, since the Wii will have special controls!

Rebelscum has an update on new features. I'm not sure if it would justify a new Xbox 360 or PS3 if you already have both of the games (as I do for PS2). The PS3 is quite expensive here in the UK.

I didn't get either first time round, this'll be a good thing for me.

I just saw that update as well! I have a Wii, so there is no way in hell I won't be getting this game! grin

This'll be interesting for me, since I missed the first two as well. Can't believe I did. can't decide which console to get it on.

    Should be an interesting title.

Hmmm, looks like there will be extra content - hopefully includes restoring some of the levels that were started & never completed in the prequel trilogy (Naboo Fighters in space, Boga, Zam Wessell chase <- confirmed etc).

    Source
The Complete Saga will collect the first two Lego Star Wars games to provide a full path through the six Star Wars films in one package. However, the game isn't just a straightforward port of the first two Lego Star Wars games.

Traveller's Tales is promising new characters, features, and levels for the game, including a re-creation of Episode II's flying car chase sequence with Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker in pursuit of bounty hunter Zam Wessell. Levels from the original Lego Star Wars game will also be altered to include features from the sequel, and the DS version in particular will be all-new, "developed brick by brick from the ground up."

Traveller's Tales is also tailoring the game to take advantage of each system's features. The Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions will have online gameplay with drop-in and drop-out capabilities, while the Wii and DS editions will make use of those systems' unique control interfaces.

The only reason I'd consider picking this up is the online co-op option.

I hope they re-do the Episode III section the most, there's a lot more they can do with that.
