I quite like the idea of a Mando Warrior game.
KOTOR era, mandalorian wars. Have it a bit Rogue Squadron esque but grittier & more raw. Then include some ground based missions, similar to Prince of Persia in terms of the fight system, but minus the running up walls and stuff.
Alternatively, the fight system could be KOTOR based, you could play as the guy who takes over the role of Mandalore after Revan kills him.
A few Mando's return to Mandalore and Concorde Dawn to rebuild, but many splinter factions go do their own thing, and it's those which Canderous rebuilds.

A Lego game covering the major EU stuff would be fantastic, and a need for speed 2 style game focused on smuggling with a space focus would be a great han solo vehicle game. Someone from lucasarts really needs to look at this thread...Where is haden blackman when you need him.

First and foremost: KOTOR III - Seriously, Lucasarts, what the hell? This is the best cash cow you could possibly rake in with. Everyone has their own ideas, but personally I would like to play as Revan (and even the Exile in the beginning but he gets captured or killed by the true Sith).
The layout of the game would be similar to the previous games: you go from planet to planet trying to complete smaller missions that lead to the big one, but instead of tracking down star maps or lost Jedi the goal would be to contact all of the leaders of the different branches of authority throughout the galaxy and draft them into a final showdown with the true threat.
So, for example, you would rally all of the Mandalorians that Mandalore has been recruiting on Dxun. You would try to find Carth on maybe Telos or even Naboo and get the Republic revived. And then of course you find Bastila and recruit the Jedi Masters on Dantooine and Coruscant.
I personally think this is the best way to tackle the game since it follows the tried and true formula from the previous games, but gives the characters some new places to go. At the end, Revan battles the true Sith by himself while the Army battles whatever military the Sith has. Maybe he even has to fight a tortured and converted Sith Exile... I think it could work.
Second: Star Wars Trilogy: The Game - I never understood why Lucasarts never made an action adventure game (or games) centered around the three original films on one of the newer consoles. Those games would be money. You'd simply follow the story of the movies (and some extra missions) playing as the various cast of characters. The controls could be similar to that of Obi-Wan where you control your lightsaber with the joystick (I always thought that was a stroke of genius).
And my final wish: The Life and Times of a Jedi Knight - This has always been a little dream of mine, but it will probably never get made. I would like a game where you start as a padawan on Coruscant in the Golden Age of the Jedi (maybe 60 years BBY). You would grow up among the likes of the Prequel-era Jedi Concil (Plo Koon, Ki Adi Mundi, Mace Windu, Eeth Koth, etc.). You would train under a master, grow into knighthood, and eventually become master.
The game would be in an RPG style where you explore the galaxy fulfilling missions for the Council, but with plenty of sidequests, and as you completed missions, you grew in status. And of course, it would let you have the choice of secretly trainging under a dark Sith Lord (maybe even Palpatine), where you lie to the council and tell them you completed missions when you actually ended up slaughtering the entire city.
There's a few kinks in the plot, but imagine the ultimate sandbox Jedi game...
I also wouldn't mind a new Next-Gen Racer game. I would love to play that game again. I killed so many hours on N64's Racer. Also, a Sabaac game with story mode sounds like a cool idea too. But there would have to be other games you could play too. Maybe along the way, you have to play the game Pazaak style, or even dueling, like in KOTOR.
And I'd also like to thank Lucasarts for already creating KOTOR and soon to be Force Unleashed. Both are more than I ever could have hoped for.

Bounty Hunter II: As mentioned before, it could be about Boba. It should be a free roaming game, where you make the decisions about what you do, and who you hunt! A cover feature would be nice, and stealth gameplay would be interesting.
Imperial Commando: This a definite "duh" game. Executing high profile Imperial military operations, Delta Squad style.
KOTOR III: Another "duh" game. With the popularity of the first two, it's practically a no brainer. Probably one of the most likely to be made.
Republic at War: The most obvious and best way for a sequel to Empire at War. More micro-managment on the Galactic map would be great, and larger land maps are a must.
Racer 3: (Yes, for those who don't know, there was a Racer 2 (PS2).) How about some customization options and some kind of career mode?
Battlefront III: "DUH!" I doubt they'd drop their biggest cash cow. Capital ship interiors, smarter AI, bigger maps, more AI, and more classes are all obvious necessities. A Cover feature is desperately needed. Please no excessive EU, keep to the movie timeline!
GTS(Grand Theft Speeder): Doubt it will ever happen, but it's fun to suggest! It's really self-explanitory.
Rogue Squadron 4: It would be awesome to get another one! It would be cool to battle over Coruscant in 7 ABY.
Star Wars: The Game: A Saga game would be awesome, it would encompass either one or both of the eras. Play as the main characters through all of the movies!
So, yeah. There's a lot. And I do realize that some of these ideas have been mentioned before, so don't think I'm taking your ideas!
P.S. They really need to make a free roaming game. Just think of roaming on Coruscant!

AWSOOMMEE!!! Ideas! Still don't know why they haven't made a simple Next Gen starwars game covering simply The originol Trilogy,or better yet all 6 movies with realistic next Gen deaths, and graphics for example if I fall in the Sarlacc playing as my choice of a skiff guard, or Luke, or Han, or lando I want to tumble in to the pit, and get draged by tentecles not fall down, and grab my side as if I was shoot. ( See Rebel Strike A.K.A rouge 3) for a unrealistic Sarlacc death, and you can see what it is like for the oppisite side winning an historical event for alternate reality similar to Rouge 2's Impirial bonus mission triump of the Empire. or Jabaa killing Luke, or Jango killing Mace. etc. Or better yet Empire winning Endor. WAAAAA HAAAAA HAAAAAA HAAAAA! LOL!

I'd love to see a smuggler game, based on Talon Karrde's organization, in Timothy Zahn's style of politics, intrigue, crime, and economics. Quite similar to several previous posts, something like:
Star Wars: Underworld -- (like Nar Cranor's #8) player starts as a fresh recruit in Talon Karrde's Smugglers' Alliance, and works their way up by negotiating/ enforcing contracts, meeting with suppliers and criminal overlords in seedy cantinas, getting into blaster fights with thugs of said crime lords... Somewhat KOTOR style RPG, with Bounty Hunter-esqe combat/ assassination systems, but with some twists, like commanding a modified freighter in combat with pirates: you choose how to employ turbolasers, shields, concussion missiles, cloaking devices, etc. Throughout the game the player gains information, associating with criminals, law enforcement, politicians, militaries, perhaps uncovering a galaxywide conspiracy/plot, while also managing a portion of Karrde's enterprise by locating new shipping deals, investing in certain commodities (bacta, tibana gas, blasters etc). Money acquired is used to upgrade the ship, buy new weapons, bribe police/politicians. Player choices affect relationships to other characters, like KOTOR, and many diverging options emerge - for example, killing a pirate leader gives access to his group's resources, but his allies charge higher prices for their goods; or, the player can choose to side with a mutineer in Karrde's group, then turn on him to be rewarded by Karrde. Lots of choices open or close lots of opportunities (played Fable?), and everything adds to the player character's notoriety - and power - in the galaxy. (Then bounty hunters come after you because you're wanted by just about everyone.. I could go on and on..)
I think a lot of the things that make Star Wars so fun and interesting haven't been explored in games yet; this thread is full of ideas that really ought to be put into future Lucasarts productions. It's a good sign that Force Unleashed got the go-ahead, if only because it means they're willing to push the envelope a bit by developing more of their own stories.

Star Wars: Knights Of The Republic III: Title Here
Star Wars: Imperial Commando - Basically just Republic Commando but set in the Empire, though I think it'd be great if they upgraded the game mechanics to fit the next-gen systems. They'd probably set immediately after Order 66, but I'd like to see it last at least to Endor.
X-Wing 3 or 4 - A new full-fledged flight sim that lets you play on both sides and use ships from all of the different eras would be awesome.
Star Wars: Jedi Knight 3: The New Jedi Order - A new Jedi Knight set with the player once again as Kyle fighting to stop the Yuuzahn Vong.
Star Wars: Imperial Knight - A game based on Star Wars Legacy where you play as probably Antares Draco fighting against the usurper and his Sith followers. I'm not entirely sure how they would keep it distinct from the Jedi Knight series in terms of gameplay, so maybe it would be best as an expansion to Jedi Knight 3.
Star Wars: Mara Jade - I'm not particuarly stuck on her as a character, but she seems like she would fit an assassin's creed style of game(that is a free roaming game where you can watch your target, learn their schedule, kill them, and then attempt to flee the guards.) I suppose Darth Maul could work as well if they wanted to set it in the Prequel era. Boba would as well if they wanted to make it a game focused on guns rather than sabers.
Star Wars: Darth Vader - The Vader game appears to have become The Force Unleashed, but I still think a game where you play as Darth Vader could be awesome.

RPG type games like Mass Effect, spanning the entire galaxy and covering a lot of events. No more Legos, free for all Battlefronts.

If they make a Rogue Squadron 4, they shouldn't make it only for the Nintendo console (in this case, the Wii). RS2 and RS3 were only for Gamecube, I hope an RS4 would be a multi-platform game (as I don't, or plan to, own a Wii).

I like this idea, especially making it Assassin's Creed style. You could almost get away with playing as Aurra Sing too. Or Zam Wessel; you could use her ability to morph temporarily to disguise yourself and blend into the crowd.

I, too, would like a MMORPG that would put SWG to rest once and for all. They're working on a KOTOR MMO, but no idea when it'll be out.
Originally, when a bunch of friends and I signed up for SWG, we thought that by creating smugglers, that we'd be dropping into GTA: Mos Eisley. Sadly, we ended up shooting womprats and making spice.
The last iteration of the Smuggler profession in SWG did away with spice altogether. LFL realized that spice is crack, and they didn't want people to be drug dealers.

1. A Star Wars game of the Guild Wars model. It could be either EU or from one of the trilogies. Or eventually everything from say 60 BBY to after the Vong War.
2. Actually this is two games but we really need another X-wing game and TIE Fighter game. I'd kind of want to see this during the Thrawn-Krennel timeline. It could be expanded in either direction if necessary. However what I'd also like to see is that these games would like together online so you could dogfight each other.

1.) KOTOR III: I WANT TO PLAY THIS GAME......!!!!!!!!!! I keep playin 1 and 2 and keep finding new things but I need more KOTOR.
2.) Rogue Squadron 4 and more: I read all the books and wow they could do so much and more just from the stories.
3.) Jedi Knight sequels: Kyle Katarn kicks ********ss!! and Jaedon Korr, great character. more arcs to their adventures cause they really aren't mentioned that much in the novels.
4.) This might sound corny, but I love chess. What about a battle chess with force powers, i dunno.
5.) Bobba Fett. Need I say more. who wouldn't want to play the ultimate badass!!
6.) a game that takes you through the novels, either fps or rpg. untapped potetial for games my friends.
7.) Imperial commando could be cool. But stormtroopers aren't as cool as the clones.
8.) I'd like to see a full on space battle/strategy game with the abiltity to swicth between commanders, ground troops, fighters I don't know just big space battles, planet conquests.
9.) spinoff games with other characters. Corran Horn, wraith squadron, Master Voss, there are plenty of characters to choose from.
Anyway, I'm sure I could think of some more. Maybe later.

I could see Zam. Her morphing could be used to blend in with humanoid characters just like Altir's clothes will let him blend in with monks. The reason I'd go with Mara, Asajj, or Aurra though would be their ability to use a lightsaber.
