Wish List:
Rebellion 2 - with super-sized galaxy...1,000 worlds (accurately placed this time)...the largest and most consuming game in history...with expansions! (when they come to their senses, I can give them everything they need to make this one a hit)
GTA Death Star...I know Coruscant has long been the cry of many...but let's face it...you'll never get as much of the city as you want. The Death Star on the other hand...they could do dozens of levels and give a pretty good idea of the immensity of the station while allowing for free-roaming. Perhaps use the plot of the interactive VCR boardgame as the story premise...then you have an incomplete DSII which means even smaller world construction...this is a solid game idea.
X-Wing vs. TIE 2...use the engine for the new Ace Combat game and make it Star Wars (I just drooled on my keyboard) A REAL flight simulator...make it a big online environment...expansions...maybe even have it with MMO elements...with a different mission on different servers that constantly change and update...the game is different everyday!
Star Wars Dynasty Warriors: Mindless hack/slash combat fighter...choose from assorted characters who fight melee style...Imagine Chewie with a lightsaber, racking up 1500 KOs! It would be senseless, it would be non-canon, and it would be a fun afternoon now and then.
Lego Star Wars Universe: A free-form game which allows you to create your own elements...build your own ships...a base...your characters...and import them to missions found randomly across game worlds.
KOTOR 3 of course
Sith: Survival horror game...a real M-rated nightmare game in the depths of Korriban or Ziost..maybe Yavin during Kun's reign...you are a lowly padawan lost in the darkness.
Star Destroyer: Learn the ins and outs of the ultimate ship of the line...as Captain of a Star Destroyer...go on missions...evaluate the crew...tour the duty stations...resolve disputes between service branches...host dignitaries...interogations...all while earning commendations and raising the mentions of your ship to be included in the home fleet defending Imperial Center. Awesome.

I ALWAYS wanted to have both an adventure and an role-playing game in the style of Indiana Jones & The Fate Of Atlantis ... but most of all, an adventure game.
And the RPG of course with the system of West End Games, nothing else ...

Attack of the Clones was released May 16, 2002.
Star Wars: Republic covered the Clone Wars starting Jan 22, 2003.
What's the next big Star Wars project? Star Wars: The Clone Wars. Fall 2008.

That's EVERY game.
sheesh I've totally destroyed the Imperials on Hoth so many times and in so many games...it's just insulting to hear the retreat called anymore...I single-handed could stop Vader!

Yeah I am personally more interested in NEW material, stuff more akin to Dark Forces 2 Jedi Knight, The Force Unleashed, Republic Commando, KOTOR stuff that adds new settings and characters and plays through the rest of the Expanded Universe. Save the redo of the Classic Trilogy spanning game for next gen, by then maybe well be in the mood for it again, but I personally dont need to replay the events of the movie as the main movie characters again. I think its been done upwards of 25 times since atari/arcade standup.

I would love a game that focuses on the saga, I'm thinking like Revenge of the sith but of all movies. That has always been my dream. Kinda like what Knights of the Force looked like, but...well, real, and better graphics.
I think the Darth Maul shadows of the sith would be amazing seeing as I loved Tenchu and to do that on the likes of Coruscant with a lightsaber would be amazing.
I'd love a SWG type of game but on Xbox, where its a MMO RPG where basically you be what you want to be, where you want to be.
and of course a new Battlefront and a new KOTOR is a must.

My Star Wars Dream Game has been and will always be an adventure or role-playing game in the style of Indiana Jones & the Fate of Atlantis.
No bloddy 3D, no nifty graphics - just nice, cartoonish carracters and a great, deep story. 
In the same stale, as I noticed, like LA does goes for the Nintendo DS nowadays ...  *sights*
They, too, just believe a *real* PC game MUSt have 3D AT ALL COSTS !!!
How sad. They just don't see that the graphics style is totally different and can't be achieved at all by using 3D graphics ...

You didn't like Galactic Battlegrounds? Granted by today's standards, it's ancient. I missed out on playing AoE so the game is still "new" and fun to me.
Yoda and Vader in Soul Calibur 4 give me a new hope for a Star Wars fighter

 As Batt said, Galactic Battlegrounds pretty much is a Star Wars AoE.
