The Sith survival horror idea has merit, or Sith focused game in general. A Sith game would go in a dark direction anyways given the subject matter. I think it would be best in the vein of the Condemned games where the player character is fairly tough and powerful, instead of the silent hill type of thing where you usually run like a frightened idiot from the scary things. I'm partial the FPS format or close 3rd person veiw, and never ever any of that fixed camera crap, like the original RE its imitators. Or anything by Capcom really. After Dead Rising and Lost planet I will never play a Capcom game again.
Just let me be a pissed off Sith, doing dark things in dark places.
My own idea for a dream game is really a ressurection of the old X Wing games, with the best pilot in the GFFA, Wedge Antilles as the central character.

Sith Wars
I'd like to see an MMO based on the Sith Wars; when both Sith and Jedi were in conflict with each other. If memory serves, it was a time when students who discovered the darkside from the race of Sith, rebelled from the Jedi and grew into a dangerous and chaotic force in the galaxy; which led to the wars. There could be various neutral factions as well such as nightsisters with force sensitive abilities and perhaps some options as one who is force RESISTANT. Ancient weapons as an alternative to lightsabers could be chosen as well as projectile weapons of all kinds: everything from grenade launchers to nets, whips and blow darts.
Players could pick their side after going through an initial single player portion of the game which could take place in some kind of Jedi training facility; then once having picked a path a further advanced single player area could further introduce the players to the faction of choice. The multiplayer aspect of the game could deal with standard MMO tactic team play but unlike all the other MMO's out there, players would be able to set their 'focus' on a particular set of force characteristics during that dungeon. So if the team of players need a tank or a healer; anyone can do the job all they have to do is shift their focus and it becomes locked in that mode while in that team. This would eliminate the long wait times to form a team and allow players to learn and experience various areas of game play tactics. Team play templates would naturally limit skills and abilities opposite the purpose they serve in the team. So a DPS template would shift force power away from defense and health and toward damage and speed. At the same time a crowd control template would shift force power to mind control and binding effects and shift it away from damage and health for example. The idea is to balance each template so that it can work in the team environment. Each template would be limited to two per team to allow for some customisation for specific dungeons. Teams would consist of six to ten players depending on the zone.
The various 'focus' templates would have to be learned through questing or training at a factional facility. For example the standard healer or DPS template might be learned at the Jedi Temple but for advanced techniques the player might have to seek out an ancient holocron within the tomb of some long forgotten Shaman of the Whills for example. Other methods might be learning techniques from NPC Jedi or in the case of power hungry Sith; leeching techniques by infiltrating the minds of NPC Sith Lords and killing them.
Standard solo play would limit characters to a more generaliszd set of 'focus' templates; unlike team 'focus' templates that take the builds to the extreme. This would help balance PVP and allow players the freedom to partisipate rather than be locked down to the class they chose at the start. This would also help players in their solo game adventuring in player vs monster; which in turn would allow the designers to maximise the difficulty for all players rather than subject players to a system typical in today's MMO which makes PVE easy for some classes and impossible for others.
Due to the vastness of the Star Wars Universe and the obvious interest in exploring as many of the planetary systems as possible on a single server, there would have to be small zones for each planetary area of interest. For example a visit to Tatooine might be limited to Anchorhead; depending on what is even in existance at the time of the setting. But there might be three to four instances scattered around Tatooine that would have their own zones. Some instances could have a basic variety creatures or beasts for hunting so that players who wish to hunt can do it in an area where some social interaction is possible. And for the more difficult or remote dungeons; there would be nothing to hunt at all. This could reduce lag as well as traffic if the area is popular. In order to prevent camping of areas, over-harvesting of hunted areas could cause loss of respawn for a certain time period until players left the area for a given time.
Travel would be primarily space based except on a planet's surface, some low level transport systems could be in effect. And in some cases speederbikes would be needed to reach areas too remote for standard travel for example. Single and Multiplayer transport vehicles could be available for any of these types of travel. Space combat could be included as part of certain instances as well as in random 'hunting' or delivery of raw materials for crafting purposes.
Players could attempt to build or capture personal strongholds by either buying or killing warlords or owners or such estates. For example a Sith aligned player might destroy his/her Master to capture that stronghold and it would become his/hers. But unlike houseing in SWG; the zone would be instanced so that it would be his/her personal area and the actions he/she takes inside to capture it are all his/her own.
Adventures of Qui Gon Jinn
I'd like to see a Qui Gon game that begins as an apprentice under Count Dooku when he was still a Jedi Knight. Some kind of shooter type system would be fun, like that in the Jedi Knight series but perhaps a bit more detailed and true to Qui Gon. It should be story driven but not role-playing in it's combat system
Bothan Spy
I'd like to see a First Person Stealther that has you playing either one or various Bothan Spies trying to learn the location and details of the second Death Star. The thief series was a good game for that kind of genre and it would be fun to have the same kind of experience but in a Star Wars setting and in the absense of force powers and lightsabers or even combat for that matter.
Knights of the Old Republic III
Yes I said it. I'd like to see a KOTOR 3 just like pretty much a lot of other people would. The exception is that the game could have a new engine built for it, perhaps the engine being used for The Force Unleashed. And the end game should be a direct result of the choices made in KOTOR 1 and 2 and 3.

any X-wing style game where I can fly something other than a Snow-speeder against an AT-AT. I can't tell you how tired I am of having to trip up the AT-AT with my widdle speeder's cable gun. Let me fly in an X-wing and shoot the AT-AT with a Proton-Torp...let's see how good their armor is against one of those.

Dream game:
Star Wars Battlefront + Empire At War = Heaven.
Just imagine what could be done on this gen of consoles!
Huge battles - I mean like air and space at the same time.
Destructable enviroments, amazing online play, amazing single player,etc.. etc.. etc.. one can dream.
Heck, added bonus they'll thrown in a guitar hero minigame.:-p

Hey how about a game like Vampire the Masquerade, rather than Masquerade violations, they're 'Baneite violations' or some such. Activated by igniting your lightsaber or using the Force in full view of others.
It could work if you were Darth Maul, or another Sith apprentice trying to prove himself.

I'd like an RPG ware you can play a Vong maybe as a side charcter. You know they could do the Wookie game they were planing befiore they desided on force unleashed. Yeah I want the Wookie RPG, and you can have a Vong character that you can posbly play threw it. Though they'd have to up the time line a lot. To say a while after The Vong war is over. And some other Allean charcters as posable party members and or main charcter. I've played ewnough humans in Star Wars games. Acadmey was the last RPG ware you had many choces of allean speaces. You have the choice in SWG, but oh that game got buchered in my opion. Guess they never heard if it isn't broke, don't fix it. Ah well.

i really want to see a game where we can play as lesser known prequel Jedi, like Kit Fisto,Shaak Ti, Luminara Unduli, etc. The Episode 3 game was good but it just lets you play as Obi Wan & Anakin. I know you can go into duel mode but thats not the same. I want story missions. LIke base the game on the jedi that arent Obi Wan or Anakin. Let us choose from a huge variety of jedi. Like put the entire council on, put some well known EU jedi on. Something like that

For those of you wanting a new installment in the X-Wing series, join the fight at XvT World. It's a bunch of people from old the X-Wing vs. TIE Fighter community, sticking together and rooting for a new game someday (with a good storyline). Albert Mack, lead programmer at Totally Games, is in contact with us over there.
We're just starting some new discussions and there are, of course, endless modding projects being followed, but we'd love to take everyone who's rooting for a new X-Wing game and get 'em all in one place! C'mon over. =)

Dark Forces redone with a Rainbow Six engine or gears of war. Any engine that has an over the shoulder look to it. I think that with the prequels set, they could revamp the story line and make a real cool first person shooter.
