No. Stormtroopers found the droids O-Ring, stopped Luke's Speeder, killed his Aunt & Uncle. Their uniforms were used as a disguise by Han & Luke etc...
In Indy 1 & 3 the Nazi soldiers were just background characters and can easily be replaced by generic bad guys for the LEGOised game without effecting the overall plot in any major way.

Indy disguises himself as a Nazi near the end of Raiders.

As I demonstrated, they were basically of the same importance to the plot as Stormtroopers and Imperial Officers. If you think Nazis should be expendable in the game, then Stormtroopers and the like should have been too. Hell, leave the armband off if it's too "offensive", but at least leave room for it to be implied that they're Nazis. Hell, make them all scowl too, just so we know they're the bad guys.

All of the main characters who were Nazis/Nazi sympathisers are still in it, Belloq/Toht/Alison Doody/etc, it's just that there will be no swastikas nor mention of naziism. The swastikas is just an extremely minor graphical point and the mention of naziism... well, did you expect it?

Yeah, but there should at least be brownshirts walking around, right? Some people are suggesting that even that should be omitted.

It's a [H]UCKING Lego game for kiddies. Stormtroopers in the history of this planet didn't murder millions of Jews and other minorities. Sure, they killed a few ewoks, but that's fictional. Honestly though, if it was a star wars game, and the baddies ran around in blue shirts instead of white ones... or baddies in an indy LEGO game, run around in blue shirts instead of brown ones... who cares? You, obviously. So, again. Stop getting so worked up lol, go check your blood pressure at the Dr's and just don't play the game when it's released if you don't like it.

But the movies themselves are a work of fiction. What's wrong with making a game, even if directed toward kids, that includes Nazis depicted in a work of fiction? It's not like it's Lego World War II or something, which they would never make. Hell, all video games trivialize death and murder ANYWAY. As do cartoons and movies, even ones directed at "kids". Would you not allow your child to watch Looney Toons? Allowing kids to play a game where they shoot and kill things, even if they're Legos that just break apart, is okay, but Heaven forbid you depict any of those same Legos in brown shirts. Think of the children!
And I personally think Lego Hitler would be hilarious.

Well that's the thing with LEGO, isn't it. Even if there's no official set / figure it's not hard to make one.

Yes, you can scrape a bit of the print off with a craft knife. Or mask it with tape and use an eraser to remove lego print.
