I can't believe there isn't a thread for this. The trailer and demo was just released yesterday. Trailer is awesome and I'm in the process of downloading the demo now. Bioshock is one of those titles that I miust have the collectors edition for. That little figurine looks great.
So, what do you guys think if you've downloaded the demo already, and is anyone else excited about this?

Considering how much I enjoyed the System Shock games, I'm pumped for this.
I saw a review a few days ago, got a really good score. Hopefully the promise is borne out.

I'm excited about this game, I'm downloading the demo right now.
I've pre-ordered myself the collector's edition, which has a neat looking Big Daddy figurine and soundtrack.

An hour and a half later, and it's only at 63%. 
I guess this is the drawback to Xbox Live's huge userbase.

I gave up last night on the demo after it had spent a hour at 43%. This seems to be a very popular demo. I'll try again tonight.
I'm sure millions of gamers like me are just dying to play an original shooter of any type since there's only been a few that have come out this year.

I've heard that Microsoft are phasing out the Vista-exclusive licenses. Also, I've heard that BioShock is fully DX9 compatable, so I assume it will be released ready for XP.

Just got done playing the demo not too long ago as well. Pretty freakin sweet stuff right there. Definitely going to be pre-ordering that collectors edition. Soundtrack sounds great and the little figure looks cool. The powers in the game are too awesome for words. I really hope this game is long since there's no multiplayer.
Oh yea and can a mod edit the tag for PC, since my editing time ran out.
