Plus, All-Stars killed the ability to swim under the boat by adding in an extra block so tjhat you couldn't jump back up at the end, thus killing your game. It deserves to suffer for that alone.

I'm still appauled that Sonic 1 was that high up the list. The game is ICONIC.
and though I didn't vote, I hope someone was genius enough to vote for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers on Sega Genesis.
God, how I miss that game.

I still play that game everytime I go to the theatres. I always play as spiderman, just cause he was always my favorite as a kid. But damn that Juggernaut, he always appears out of nowhere.
I hope Rogue Squadron made this list too.

...What? I always swim under the boat and make it up. Or... wait, maybe I jump up before the end. Crap, it's been forever since I've played it.
Good to see Up Your Arsenal on the list, though I agree with Marcus that Going Commando is superior.
And I cannot find Marvel vs. Capcom 2 for the PS2.

Well, considering most gamers these days haven't played Civ II, I imagine we'll still see a pretty high number of votes for Civ IV. In any case, the vote will be split and the Civ series will not be represented as highly as it should be. Which is why I advocated lumping them together, but whatever. If we're not even lumping TF2 and the Orange Box together...

Ratchet and Clank: Up Your Arsenal was my #4 IIRC. It's a tremendous series and both Going Commando and Up Your Arsenal are as addictive as hell. I've played them for days on end and have spent hours just upgrading weapons and searching for skill points and hidden items. Another game I highly recommend to anyone who likes games enough to read this thread.
On a side note Going Commando hasn't been listed yet and I left it off my list because UYA tweaked everything in GC even tighter and I wanted to limit every series besides Half-Life to a single entry.
Zoo Tycoon I've played and wasn't that impressed. I've never been a Simcity type guy and running a zoo isn't my idea of fun. I find the concept of them rather inhumane to be honest.
Sonic the Hedgehog is one of the few Genesis games I still have after all these years. I may go back and try to beat it. I never did as a child thanks to the complete lack of a save feature.
Team Fortress 2, Evil Genius, Eternal Darkness: Sanity’s Requiem and especially Bioshock are on my list of games to get around to someday.
