Console recommendation

Out of the Playstation 3 and XBox 360, which do people think is best? Can you please give reasons and not just slag off the one you don't like.

As games consoles base your choice of the system exclusives for each one, Metal Gear Solid, God of War ect or Mass Effect, Halo ect.
Graphics are pretty similar, but Playstation tends to have shorter loading times due to all PS3's having Hard Drives.
Thats about it you can go into all the other stuff OMG BLU-RAY v HD-DVD, and web browsers,
but as games consoles which one has more games that you want to play, choose that one.
I wanted Bioware and Loinhead games so I went with the 360.

I personally think it's a wash. PS3 has bluray; XBOX has XBOX Live. There are positives about each. Buy based on the games, methinks.

Buying based on games is usually the best way to go about it, unless you have the cash to burn and can afford to buy more than one system.

If you like Japaneses games get a PS3. If you like western games and online play get a 360. while the PS3 has online play it's not as good as Live on the 360.

I'd say Xbox 360, just because Xbox and Microsoft have never dissapointed me before.
It has more games and I find better graphics then the PS3. I've never been a fan of playstation, it's controller setups and graphic never seemed to have changed from the ps2.
Ok, maybe I do have a bias. But 360 is sick, with online multiplayer and downloadable software, you can't loose. But I also do like the wii alot.

I was playing Mario Kart Wii with a friend the other day. We played on one of the DS levels. He asked what system it was from and I told him the DS. He didn't know what a DS was.

Don't listen to his. Get Intellivision. I heard they're coming out with a keyboard for it. It was supposed to be coming out in 1981 but someday it will, you watch. Just like The Force Unleashed. Speaking of, is TFU going to be released for Intellivision?
