Heck, the nearest thing i've got to one of the next-gen group (PS3, 360, Wii) is a PS2/PSP... Though I have played Gears of War at a friend's house, but i won't add that cool game in... I'll be fair:
1. Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee (PS) - A true classic.
2. Kingdom Hearts II (PS2) - Awesome RPG game and series.
3. Crisis Core -Final Fantasy VII- (PSP) - Great game and series.
4. Final Fantasy VI (PS) - A Final Fantasy classic.
5. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (PS2) - Great game for killing.
6. Dirge of Cerberus -Final Fantasy VII- (PS2) - Awesome game.
7. Final Fantasy X (PS2) - My first FF game, and an great game.
8. Final Fantasy VII (PS) - A PS classic, and 1# on PS charts.
9. Final Fantasy VIII (PS) - An exellent PS games.
10. Final Fantasy XII (PS2) - A great Square-Enix comeback for FF.
11. Tekken: Dark Resurrection (PSP) - A legend in Fighter games.
12. Soul Calibur 3 (PS2) - Tekken's brother, a legend.

This is my top 20 computer games. Consoles is a whole different list for me but since I enjoy PC more, I will stick with that.
I consider some game series to basically roll into one so I'll name them as such. The first 5 are my top 5 choices because I consider them to be the best PC games ever and I could still play them today and not get bored. After that, it really doesn't matter because I love them all pretty equally and played each one a ton (and still do play some of them).
1. Oblivion
2. Dune 1, 2, 2000, and even EBFD
3. Xwing Series
4. C&C series (excluding TS...I didn't care for that game and never bothered to beat it)
5. Battlefield series (minus the expansions. I never cared for a single Battlefield expansion pack)
6. Call of Duty 1, 2, & 4
7. Medal of Honor Allied Assault
8. StarCraft
9. Wing Commanders 3 & 4 (I never played 1 & 2)
10. Jedi Knight series (Dark Forces through Jedi Academy...all great games)
11. KOTOR 1 (2? mmmmm, I guess I could add that too though it wasn't as good as 1)
12. Doom series
13. Quake series
14. Outlaws
15. Rebellion
16. King's Quest series (except 7...you know, the one about the princess  )
17. Oregan Trail (I had it on my old Apple 2e...a classic)

Apart from the top spot on my list, my list is really random. The Nintendo and Star Wars games I listed (except Brawl) are supposed to come before the two other, non-Nintendo/Star Wars games, though otherwise my list is essentially just me going through my favorite series and picking the two or two of my favorite games of that series.
And yes, I realize there are technically over 20 games listed in my Top 20, though I wanted to include a shooter on my list and couldn't decide between the four mentioned games/series. I don't want to hear about it. I also don't want to hear anything about too many honorable mentions.
Oh, and you'd be wasting your time if you planned on calling me a Nintendo fanboy. I know I'm a Nintendo fanboy, that'd be akin to telling me I'm human; only difference being I wouldn't take insult to you calling me a Nintendo fanboy.

No Star Wars on my list, but TIE Fighter and the first KotOR came pretty close. scust @ Nintendo fanboys as well, but whatever. That's your choice. Try to branch out, though. It won't kill ya.
