I'll be the first to admit that I am not a huge video gamer. However, since my first xbox in 2002 I have always been able to pick up 2 or 3 SW games a year. Hoewever it seems that since TFU, we havn't had anything except a TCW game. I have a WII, 360 and PC and play games on them all. Am I missing something? Has the Lucas machine released something and (gasp!!!) not advertised it enough? Somebody shed some light on this for me.

I don't know... too much too fast for too long lead to a crash I'm guessing, I think Star Wars games just got some kind of "cash in" reputation, so they stopped coming out as frequently confused

Lucas Arts has been re-releasing a lot of stuff on Steam, and unless I', wrong they are working on an Indiana Jones game. That and there's the MMO coming out. Something X-Wing/Tie Fighter related is rumored as well.

If you ignore the shovelware Clone Wars title, the only one I can think of is Battlefront for the PSP, which honestly doesn't look half bad.

It is a bit of a down time now for SW games. Though, I can point out some of the older games that are really great bargain deals.

On steam, you can get the entire Jedi Knight/Dark Forces Series for 30 bucks.
It has
Dark Forces
Dark Forces 2 Jedi Knight
Jedi Knight Mysteries of the Sith
Jedi Knight 2 Jedi Outcast
Jedi Knight 2 Jedi Academy

Get both KOTOR games. They are cheap and Fantastic

Republic Commando is a very tightly paced FPS that you can buy for 10 bucks tops.

SW Battlefront 1 and 2 are pretty much required for star wars fans.

Empire at War Gold edition. 20 bucks gets you EAW and FOC.

You absolutely must get Tie Fighter and the X-Wing Series.

I own or have owned all of these except kotor 2 and mysteries of the sith. Maybe I'll check these out. Since the N64 came out I have only played SW games with a little mario, bond and zelda mixed in. The original x-box era seemed to be the glory years for SW gaming (probably because of the movie releases). Looking back it seems like we had a new game every month.

Does anyone know if they released a Kotor 1 or 2 for the 360? I have the original xbox version of kotor 1 and it don't fly on the 360.

KOTOR should work on the 360 - you need to download a patch for it though.

Make sure your 360 is connected to the Internet and that you're signed in with either a Silver or Gold LIVE account to download the patch.

Despite this, however, both KotOR games are kind of glitchy on the 360. Sometimes the sound cuts off, etc.

I have it for PC so not an issue anyway. Sounds like I will avoid some problems as well. Thanks for the tips though.
