Alles ok... bis auf "underestimate"... muss es nicht "underestimated" heißen?
Dann noch eine akribische Kritik zur Interpunktion: Man macht 3 Punkte (...), nicht mehrere!
Und irgendwo steht Janne and Yar... Also wir sollten bei den JC-Nicks bleiben denke ich (Yar ist ok, abgekürzt, aber niemand weiß, wer Janne ist...)

The night before 'The Day' was very hard for me to fall asleep. Many thoughts get through my mind: Would everyone be like I already knew him/her? Would I get on well with the other guys? Would we have nice days together?
Although we already knew each other from the Internet, at first almost everybody was a little bit reserved. The guys, that already knew each other from the JediCon, had few problems. TwiLekJedi was the first one, I started to chat with, and I get on well with him from nearly the first moment, since I had someone to throw Star Wars quotes at...
But the ice broke at the second day in the ice-stadium, not literal, but in an figurative sense. It would have taken more time to get to know each other better, I think, and so I hope we will have more time at our next meeting, I'm curious of!

Punkte wurden auf 3 reduziert, Anführungszeichen vereinheitlicht.

Das mit den Anführungszeichen kam übrigens so zustande, dass ich einen Teil aus dem Thread in Word reinkopiert habe, in ein Notiz-Dokument, dass Deutsch formatiert hat, was übernommen wurde, als ich es ins richtige Dokument mit englischer Rechtschreibung eingefügt hatte. Die ganz anderen waren die, die ich im englischen .doc per Hand eingetippt hatte.

Michis Teil wurde als Zitat (mit ein oder zwei klitzekleinen Änderungen sprachtechnischer Art) eingefügt.
Beschwerden sind willkommen.
Übrigens, Valerie: Darfst auch gerne deinen Senf auf deutsch dazugeben, wenn du was gegen englisch hast. Nur nicht auf schweizerdeutsch *g*
EDIT: Ich habe noch nie so fleißig, so viel für irgendetwas getan ....
