    I can't figure out if Shiny is referring to speculation that he was suffering from the early stages of Parkinson's during WW2, his crippling amphetamine addiction, or if this is another 40% cancer incidence thing.

    I would have to guess he is referring to Hitler standing next to a bomb when it went off and hundreds of splinters in him, and that parkinsons problem.
