I think it's safe to assume Savage and Maul have killed more Jedi than Grievous has by this stage.
Back in 2008 if someone said to you: "Who do you think will be the biggest badass in the show, Darth Maul or General Grievous?"
"Dude, c'mon. Be serious." Would be the obvious reply.
This show is all kinds of stupidity.
