Hondo indeed was at his funny in this episode, but his character model is sure different than what we saw in the trailer.

 

I had to work tonight, so I missed it. From the sounds of things though, I should have a lot of material tomorrow....

 

Awesome episode, watched it in Canada tonight! The animation has taken leaps and bounds since the first two seasons. Hondo, Palpatine, Adi and Yoda all have new updated models. The first 6-7 minutes of the episodes are basically the four clips released online. I love how the season started off with a bang. If all the episodes coming up follow suit, we're in for one amazing season!

 

So Canadians can talk about the episode without the spoiler tags? looks like Maul will get real legs by the time the Maul episode airs and Savage might get a new arm,

How is the script?

 

Pretty good

 

It did lack plot detail in terms of Adi's death. It was kind of abrupt and all that.. Or maybe it just seemed awkward because that's the first time I actually watched an episode on tv...

I kinda liked Adi's death, getting impaled in the stomach with Savages horns and then getting finished off with the lightsaber

 

And then Obi Wan finally kicks some butt for the first time... that dual wielding was just epic.

 

I know, unfortunately, we won't be seeing another Maul episode for a few weeks,

Onderon is next, then Clovis, then probably other episodes, so yeah, months.

 

The only thing thats going to suck about Onderon is a walking catastrophe called Lux Bonteri...

 

That's not too long. Last year, the first 12 eps aired before Christmas. There's a chance we'll see Sidious before 2013, yeah?

 

I don't you think your fully comprehending what I'm stating. He said we'll see it in a couple of weeks, but I said months, like November of December.

 

Why is everyone hating on Lux, he only appeared in 2 episodes lmao

I think the main reason is because he obviously likes Ahsoka, yet all hes done during his life is almost get everyone killed and go to the toshchi station to waste time with his friends.

Plus he has a stupid butler outfit and looks like hes from barbie.

Fascinating. People complain when obi wan gets beat on. Then are less than impressed when he is the one dishing out the pain. Some people are never satisfied.

Will catch this episode later. Sounds awesome. Can't wait to catch Savage Oppress's "Lesson." Hammer said it best years ago when he said "School is in, ring the bell sucka. Cant touch this."

 

Because everyone and their mothers are using dual blades in TCW now.

I see no reason why they couldn't just make Obi-Wan use a single blade. It's either fan service driven or "IT LOOKS COOLZ."
