I mean, there's always a character that has extremely pointy hair in like everything they do.

    Here's some examples:
    From Final Fantasy 7
    [IMG]
    Naruto
    [IMG]
    Yugioh
    [IMG]
    Pokemon
    [IMG]
    Dragonball serieses or whatever
    [IMG]

    And there's much more

WHAT IS WITH ALL THE POINTY HAIR PEOPLE?!

Pointy hair is awesome. You, being Arlon, do not instinctively realize this.

Edit: Being a massive weeaboo, I could probably keep editing this, but the point is - small reference pools based on what becomes mainstream upon importation. Like any country, Japan's comics and cartoons have a dominant aesthetic, but it's by no means universally applicable.

Oh man. Really dude? Have you ever seen asian hair? It behaves differently than american hair. Or that of other ethnicities. This is like asking why fat albert has dark skin. Cartoons are exaggerations of real things.

Not sure if sarcastic statement or taking too seriously...

And I have no clue why I posted this thread. Maybe it was because it was late at night and seeing a photo being tired made me wonder why...

I once saw this episode of The Real World on mtv. They had this one black guy amongst the white cast. One girl was from the south/Bible belt and such and she asked him about the N-word. She asked him about saying it and why she can't and why he can and so forth. The rest of the white cast jumped all over her about how silly and uneducated she was on the matter. Said episode reminds me of this thread and its sillyness on all sides.

I forget... which Eastern European peoples choke their wives in adjacent rooms while our fellow JCers are forced to listen to such traditional behavior...?

Boris Karloff was from England, so I doubt he'd know.

I remember now. Wormie hates Armenians because they are far too noisy whilst battering their womenfolk. And, yes... Karloff was British, so he probably was unfamiliar with such practices and the noise they generate...

I did, in fact, tell you. It is in the very post you quoted, but apparently did not read. Although, I was mistaken in culprit. It was slimy... not Wormie. Slimy? Wormie? These things can be so difficult to differentiate.
