I want your job.

 

In my defense I haven't seen a movie on work time since last Friday when I saw Looper, which was awesome.

On yeah, and today is pretty much the day the Master disappears from theaters here in Dallas so this is a twofer 1st world problem.

 

Everybody wants his job.

 

I paid all this money for Lasik to not have to wear contacts or glasses again, and now I need to wear glasses to drive and work at night for a few months.

 

You obviously take grilled cheese damn seriously.

 

I left my Kindle at work. I don't think Geralt is very pleased with me.

 

Two things, my daughter is an adjunct professor at University of Arizona. One of her students left his I-pad on his desk, open to his facebook page. So she updated his status: "Ms. W is the awesomest, most amazing professor at U of A. And she has my I-pad."

My scanner broke and is scanning documents landscape instead of portrait. So, I scanned the documents again landscape and it worked. Still have to call the service guy for the scanner, tho. I'm very resourceful.

 

The fettucini alfredo I ate for lunch made me very thirsty.

 

The Redbox kiosk was malfunctioning, so I couldn't return a buddy's DVD.

 

Someone at work called a meeting for 12:00-12:45 when I was supposed to be going out for lunch.

 

My stomach hurts and we have no saltines.
The NHL lockout sucks.
I keep getting those stupid robocalls for various politicians.

 

I lost my metropass. Now I have to buy tokens and get transfers to ride local transit in to work.

 

I lol'd at this with all my managers in the office. Super awkward moment.

I'm doing my budget for next year here at work and my boss keeps telling me to cut money from the budget. I one of want to explode right now.

 

I broke a nail closing the back door.

Pretty much any problem that includes the qualification, "In my other home" clearly belongs in this thread.

 

The cat ate dental floss and now I have to watch to make sure it comes out of her butt.

Disclaimer: I took her to the vet already so these were her instructions.

 

My free Papa Johns pizza expired.

 

My wife misplaced a $400 gift certificate and now we can't find it.

 

I can't decide what tablet to buy:

iPad, galaxy note 10.1, or surface. :-(

 

I need a new cable remote and the service center is not conveniently close.
