JCC Today I got a completely random text from a french number

Today I got a completely random text from a french number located near the town of Guzon. It took me a while to find a location with the right reverse number website. Anyway its a mobile so don't know if its legit or not. I had to type it out into different translation websites and Google seems to be the best. I am not sure if it is legit and honestly its surprising. The previous owner of this number moved overseas and where I don't know. But perhaps it was France. Anyway I would get random texts and they assumed I was someone else. I would tell them who I was and they would say sorry and be done with it. But this one was in complete French. Needless to say its a break up text as per the translations. Anyway my phone doesn't have international phone calls so I can't text back or call. But I can get it activated. Question is should I delve into the mystery or expect a scam? Here is the translation.

If this is legit its just odd. I would like to contact them and explain to them they have the wrong number but at the same time simply wish the good luck in their life. The message leaves more questions then it answers. That is why it seems not legit.
