How did Luke using the Force destroy the death star?

 

Find the material you need (ie. wood or steel) and then craft it into a long cylinder, though not too wide. Hope this helps.

 

By allowing the Force to guide him, instead of a computer, when he put explosives into the Death Star. Trust in the Force.

 

I still don't get how the Force helped him to put the torpedoes into the death star reactor shaft. How? How would a computer guide him?

Did he telekentically move or teleport them? Be more specific.

 

The computer helped him aim. The Force also helped him aim. Through the Force, he knew exactly what he should do so he didn't miss thenarrow 2-meter (or something) shaft and waste the whole mission.

 

Did he have other torpedoes to use? Couldn't he do it another time? How would he waste the mission if he failed that one time?

Did the Force help him to telekentically move the torpedoes? Are they even torpedoes?

Was it telekenesis?

Yes. Proton Torpedoes.

The Force let him know when to shoot the torpedoes.

It basically said: "Shoot them now!", but in waves of energy.
It was helping him become more in-tune to his instincts by guiding his actions.


It'll help if you read the episode novels, and watch the films another time. Watch sections versus taking in the whole thing at once.
