PT What are your 2 Best and 2 Worst scenes from the entire Prequel Trilorgy

For me it is Best: 1. Anakin and Padm'e in the fields on Naboo
2. Clich'e but The fight between Anakin and Obi Wan

Worst: 1. Rise of Darth Vader
2. Death of Padm'e (generally the end of ROTS is hard to watch)

 

Best:

Yoda vs Dooku in AOTC and Palpatine's teachings in ROTS

Worst:

Planet core scene in TPM and the Dexter Jettster scene in AOTC

 

Episode 1 Best-On the Command Ship at the beginning, the Podrace, Duel of the Fates,
Worst-Jar Jar's antics

Episode 2 Best-Asteroid Field, Execution Arena and battle afterwards, Palpatine watching Clone Army
Worst-C-3PO's antics on Geonosis and Anakin and Padme romance scenes

Episode 3 Best-Pretty much everything

 

Episode 1

Best.....

When Padme hugs Anakin, wraps him in her red queen robes, and he gives her the jappor snippet necklace that she carries to her grave, even when he becomes Darth Vader later on....

The ending. Funeral pyre and celebration!!!!!!!

Either that, or the scene where Shmi skywalker, anakin skywalker's mother, reveals to Qui Gon Jinn that Anakin skywalker was a virgin birth.


Worst

Any scene with Yoda. He looked cool/awesome in episode 3, but he looked annoying in Episode 1.....

The podrace scene. Waaaayyy too long......

Episode 2.

Best

The wedding ceremony at the end. With Across the Stars being played, and C3PO and R2D2 with anakin and padme. I like how it mirrored the ending to empire strikes back..



The part where Anakin skywalker's mother died. So sad and emotional, dramatic.

Worst in episode 2

The "I KILLED THEM ALL" scene..... The only good thing was the Imperial March at the ending of it, symbolizing and showing how that event turned him to the Darkside and becoming Lord Darth Vader...

ANY awkward romance dialogue scene. "I don't like sand" wasn't that bad, though. Everything else was.....

Episode 3

The Padme-anakin talk on Mustafar

The part where Anakin becomes Darth Vader after Darth Sidious knights him, and when darth vader becomes a cyborg and gets the robot suit on Coruscant....

Or, when Luke Skywalker was given to Owen and Beru Lars....

 

Best: Roger roger
Worst: Roger roger

 

Or, Padme's funeral. I can't decide between a few select awesome moments. This was so melancholic and sad. Darth Vader on the Star Destroyer, in robot suit, with Governor Grand Moff tarkin and the Imperial ww2 german looking soldiers, and...........


She carries his necklace that Anakin Skywalker's cute, kiddy, innocent, self gave her.......

Symbolism=profound..

Her parents, neices, and the geisha looking people, symbolizing her past as Queen padme Amidala, and children she would never meet and see grow up... We see Naboo, her hometown....

Sometimes, I cry at that part........

 

Best: Obi-Wan's "You were the Chosen One!" scene.
The Duel of the Fates

Worst: ...........Can't think of any.

 

I both agree and disagree with you. The guitar/and metal version of "The duel of the fates" was pure awesomeness.


The movie version, the orchestral choir version was horrible, too melodramatic, and boring.

 

I was referring to the scene itself in which the track "Duel of the Fates" plays to. But now that you mention it, I love the track as well. Best piece of Star Wars music IMO.

 

I feel your pain. Episode III is an emotional kangaroo

 

Best 1: "You were my brother Anakin!"
Best 2: The Tradgedy of Darth Plagueis The Wise.

Worst1: The Sand speech.
Worst2: "My dellow felagates.."

 

What does an emotional kangaroo mean?

Also, I feel even sadder watching that part because my cat just died, around 6:30. I cried a lot, and then, i went into a state of shock where i can't even cry and feel emotionless, yet, deep down inside, I feel like screaming and crying and my life was changed, but I can't......

 

What do you have against the Darth-Maul vs Obi wan kenobi and qui gon jinn fight? I thought it was awesome, with the action, double bladed red lightsaber, how qui gon jinn was impaled, and darth maul got his two legs cut off.....

 

Up and Downy sorta thing.

Family pets, cat and dog.

 

I lost 3 birds and 1 cat. All in the past 4.5 years... My first bird a(blue, female) died 4 years 4 months ago, the 4th of July 2008. A year and 2 days later my green male bird died, July 6 2009. October 27th, my yellow female bird died.

I have a blue male and a 2nd yellow female now. I got the blue male bird in September 2009, to get a new buddy for my green bird after the blue female died. I got my yellow bird to keep my blue male company after the yellow bird before her died, and I got her to keep the blue bird a companion after the green bird died......

 

You gottalotta birds dude!

 

5 of them, counting the live and dead ones....

I want to see them again. When my cat died a few hours ago, I hoped the same.......

 

I have nothing against the fight. That's why I put it as one of my favorite scenes of the PT.......

Worst: The cheesy Lake Retreat scene, The Assembly Line.
