    Apparently someone in the UK named William Proctor, is doing a fan survey to gauge public opinion on the recent acquisition of Star Wars by Disney, and the subsequent announcement of the new films: Call for fan input There is an attached survey. I did research to see if it is legit, and it turns out that there is a fellow by that name at the stated university. Did anyone take the time to fill it out?
