Perfect dramatic title, ties in with Lucas' Kurosawa themes. Maybe not for epvii but i could see it being in one of them.

I foresee the word "Dawn" being in the title for episode 7. Not sure what will go with it, but I'm feeling pretty confident it will be in there as a nod to the rebirth of the Jedi and the Republic, as well as possibly a veiled reference to the rise of a new evil.

Okay, I have a tingling feeling that one of the new movies in the upcoming sequel trilogy will feature the word Peril.

George Lucas used the titles of the 1930's serials such as Flash Gordon and Buck Rogers as inspiration for his own movie titles. This was also reflected in the Young Indiana Jones adventures.

Examples of titles using the world Peril:

The Unseen Peril
The Pool of Peril

The Perils of Cupid

Other Young Indy titles that stick out (which in turn were based on the old serials):

Something lame like that.

Balance of the Force will be the last films title. This floated around for TPM. (In Lucasfilm.) The last film describes both the film and the trilogy as a whole. (See ROTJ, ROTS)

BTW, Here is what I think episode 7 will be: (I am not saying I like this!!!)

The Unknown Command

Some lame sleeper agent of Palpatine returns seeking revenge for his demise. SkywalkerChild1 is sent by/defies his parents (Leia and Han) to seek out the long lost Luke Skywalker. Finds him. Battles this new Action Figure character. Defeats them. But the defeat is only a small set back for some bigger baddie in the background.

Revolt of the XXXX (Where XXXX is some sort of Alien Disney can market)

Some Alien revolts. This causes war amongst the planets! Luke, Child and other characters battle this menace. At end of film true menace is revealed. (Probably Sith, but I do not put it past Disney to do a "Predators" and invent some new "SuperSith" cult.)

These SuperSith strike at the republic. Luke dies sacrificing himself to save the SkywalkerChild character. I imagine some romance between background filler will ensue.

Three will be Balance of the Force.

Big Villian is almost winning. Skywalker child undergoes mission involving some from of personal trial. Big Battle on multiple levels. LASERS! FIGHTING! CAMEOS FROM OT CHARACTERS! Woo Wee!

Skywalker child kills Bad guy. FINALLY Force Balance is reached. (EU People will claim that this is a adaption of the THRAWN triology. It is not. But the plot points are pretty much the only way to go with a ROTJ sequel.)

But universe is still not "in peace" - Thus allowing these annoying offshoot movies starring Fake Han Solo in a bad Falcon rip off (Ala Shadows of the Empire) and Bounty Hunter films. Oh and X-Wing ones.

P.S If this comes true I am killing myself. Or at least complaining about it on here. Complaining about the films that is. Not about Suicide. It's painless apparently. According to M*A*S*H. I haven't seen M*A*S*H for years... Was it any good?

 

I'm sure Hasbro would get a kick out of that.

 

Disney would too. The ultimate tie-in since they own all the toys now too.

There's no doubt that there will be a toyetic approach. However, I hope Disney concentrates more on the creative side than business. There's no need to pull a Lucas here.
