Speculation Ep.7 = Ep.1 + Ep.4 ?

Ep.2 Dooku asks Kenobi to help him defeat Sideous.

Ep.5 Vader asks Luke to helm him defeat Sideous.

 

EP.4 - 3PO: "I'm just an interpreter and not good at telling stories."
EP.6 - 3PO tells stories.

He also mentions in Ep.4 that he's forgotten how much he hates space travel, but then again a memory wipe will do that to ya.

 

This is way off topic but am I the only one extremely bothered by the fact that all the events in the Star Wars universe are measured against the Battle of Yavin? Ok I get that it was the first movie and all, but it wasn't even the most significant battle in the OT, much less in the entire history of the Galaxy. I'm sure many people have made this point over the years but I've never expressed it before and I just had to let it out. Ok I feel better now.

But back on topic, I suspect Michael Arnt is very aware of the rhyming structure of the saga and will continue that trend as much as possible, albiet hopefully in some new and unexpected ways.

 

You would think that, maybe Endor, would be more significant.

 

Surprised Palpatine didn't introduce a calendar based around his birth.
