I guess what I'm still confused about is whether we're still combining Co-CR and MAL, or if we're breaking them out again.

I think with less people want any positions at all it's best to combine them or just call it Co-CR and have the MAL be appointed per event we do if the CR doesn't want to take on the task.

Well isnt it better that we decline the position knowing that we dont have the time etc to properly do it. Rather then get the position and not do it?

I think it would be like Schrodinger's cat. The votes would be in the box, but without an observer they would be in a state of quantum entanglement. The answer for any position with more than one option would be both options simultaneously, until an observation is made.
