Gemini Rue. An independent title made in the style of the old point and click adventures from the 1990s. Think Blade Runner meets The Prisoner (tv series) in 8-bit glory with full voice acting and soundtrack.

I've seen clips of it and it seems to have taken a Splinter Cell: Conviction-esque direction, along with blending into crowds mechanics of Assassin's Creed. Would you say that is a fair assessment?

How is it? The only Hitman game I've played was Silent Assassin a long time ago, and I played it with cheats. :p

Only started the first mission, and as a long time Hitman fan, I feel it's been a bit dumbed down. But - this could be the first mission standard thing of being part mission, part tutorial. let me try and few more an dsee.

It's been dumbed down, a lot. Blood Money was damned near perfect in the sheer number of options at your disposal to complete your objective. I think I did the casino level with 3 totally different outcomes, one which involved assassinating two targets with a remote mine in a suitcase.

This? It's too linear. To be fair, that's 3 levels in - I will continue to hope for the best.

Found my old Star Wars Rebellion CD and began playing it again a few nights ago. I forgot how much fun it is to go around destroying planets once you have a Death Star.

TRYING to get through Planescape: Torment. The story's great. I just got to Curst. Unfortunately the combat system is kind of clunky. I'm not sure how much longer I can tolerate it. I think I might just try to avoid as much combat as possible.

As someone who disdains COD, is Black Ops 2 bound to make me change my opinion? I keep reading good reviews but sometimes it's hard to separate what is honest reprint from what may just be lip service.
