Classics The Fromm Gang during the Clone Wars

Seen only in the Droids TV series and in one issue of the Droids comic series, the Fromm Gang is depicted as one of the most powerful and well know gangs in the galaxy. By the time of Droids, it seems that the gang's glory days were on the wane now that Tig Fromm started using more technology and less thugs. Still, they did construct the Trigon One superweapon during this time period, years before the first Death Star was completed. The Fromm Gang characters are also some of the rarest ever vintage Kenner figures (Tig Fromm, Sise Fromm, Vlix). With gang leader Sise Fromm being about 900 years old, there could be a lot more stories to be told about these guys. If The Clone Wars ever does another homage to Droids, I would like to see them bring back the Fromm Gang. Hondo Ohnaka is a good character, but the Clone Wars heroes have run into Hondo and his gang so many times now it's starting to get ridiculous. The galaxy isn't that small. The Fromm gang was probably at it's peak around the time of the Clone Wars. Let's see what they were up to!

 

There is much more chance of them showing up or getting mentioned in the books. JJM might do that favor for you.

 

There's a ton of Droids references in the prequels, I'm still hoping for some nods in TCW.

 

There is Dex the Besalisk and what else?

 

There were plenty in the Droids arc of S4.

Please tell me, I have not watch DROIDS but are the Fromm good villains?!

 

I like the Fromm Gang. There's some cliche stuff in there but overall they made an interesting set of antagonists.

 

I would like to see some of the species shown in Droids show up in the EU.
